Two brunettes sat in a room. One was missing an eye and had scratches and blood and bruises all over his body. The other brunette was alive and was unsure. "Lex, I'm not so sure." Thomas told Alexander who was explaining the plan. "Why, Tommy? This means I have a chance of surviving..." Thomas shook his head making his boyfriend sigh.

"They are apart of this family Alexander. Can't we use someone else?" "It isn't doing much! We just take a bit of their emotions away, a bit of their life, they'll live just...they won't be the same." Alexander explained to Thomas. He didn't know what to do. Lucy said that it wouldn't harm them that much while Anna said he shouldn't risk it.

Thomas was torn by helping his boyfriend save the world in return for three lives, or save his family and never regain the original peace the world had. "Please just...I won't push your limits. I'll just...Let you think about it. Come to the clock tower once you've made your choice." And with that Alexander left.

He followed the trail to the clock tower. Tonight is the night, he thought. On his way there his legs felt weak. All his senses started going numb. It had been happening to him for a week but never this intense. Never had something this bad happened to him.

He began panting and breathing for air just as he made it inside the tower. He couldn't do anything. This is exactly what happened to Samuel. He didn't get shot. It takes a few months for the venom to kill you due to how slow it reacted. Alexander groaned and wanted to cry for help. He knew someone would find him. He just hoped they found him soon.

Thomas still had no clue what was happening to Alexander so he had made the decision not to help him. Finding the clock tower wasn't hard but getting there took time. When he made it, the door was opened and he pulled out his gun expecting to see a zombie. He saw his Alexander on the floor helpless and he looked up at Thomas with teary eyes.

"A-Alexander! H-How do I fix this?" He asked making Alex laugh a bit. "You wouldn't be up for it...It involves the schuylers...It doesn't matter, does it? I was bound to die someday. I just didn't think it would hit me this fast..." Thomas was willing to do anything. "What do I have to do?" Alexander's voice stopped working so he nodded towards a table that he could be strapped to. Thomas helped him over there and strapped him on. "Get the...mask..." His voice was broken and sounded so weak and helpless.

Thomas anxiously grabbed it and put it on Alexander's face who had tears in his eyes. "Turn on the machine...then get them.." As soon as Thomas turned on the machine, Alexandra fell unconscious. Thomas was crying but decided to go with the plan. Anything to save the love of his life. Even if it meant losing three of the most important people in his life.
