There is an eruption of cheers and boos when the game ends, Liberty High won the season.
Everybody knows that the last game of the season is important so we all expect a massive party at Bryce's tonight. Speaking of the devil, here he comes right now. "Heh, Y/N come here." Bryce motions towards him.
You walk up to the mob of jocks, waiting for Bryce to tell you something but from the corner of your eye, you see Scott, his jaw is clenched and his face is flushed a light red colour.
Everybody knows what Bryce is capable of, after those tapes surfaced but nobody has the guts to stand up to him.
"What do you want Walker, I have better things to do than waste my time on disgusting Human beings like you!" He chucked and raises his eyebrows ever so slightly ... "Feisty...I like that." Is all he replies with.
You scoff, and pivot around in the direction of Jessica, your fellow cheerleader, only to be grabbed by Bryce.
" I haven't finished yet! "
You look back at Bryce with an annoyed look, as if to say 'hurry up', " party at mine in 20 minutes...be there. " he says .
You scoff and walk away.
Jessica runs towards you. "Hey Y/N." She said, carrying out the last letter of your name - she always did this when she wanted something.
" what is it that you want jess? " she sighs in defeat and puts her head in her hands.
"You know me so well Y/N." She smiles. It is so nice to see her smile because last semester, she was a mess. She obviously told you what happened ... What Bryce did to her.
But, the only thing that stopped you from ripping his balls off and stuffing them down his throat was Scott, your secret Boyfriend.
"So, what did you want jess?" You say, breaking the slightly awkward silence that occurred in the now empty baseball field .
"Well, there is a party at Bryces, obviously there is going to be mom alcoholic beverages that I can sip on..." There's a but, there is always a but with Jessica .
"But, my dad told me that I can only go if you come apparently your the only sensible girl at school."
You nod, "well, I wasn't gonna go, I have to revise for midterm exams." She pouts at you and gives you puppy eyes. When she sees that you are adamant, she adds another comment.
"Oh come on Y/N, Scotts gonna be there."
You freeze, nobody can know about you and scott, it was a mutual decision.
"What does that have to do with me?" The words seep from your mouth with ease but she could still tell you are nervous .
"I know that you and him are going out." /she tells me confidently.
This time it is you that sighs in defeat and give in, taking Jessica's arm and trailing behind her to her house for an outfit.

"If my parents are this on me, I will be grounded til I'm 50." You say.
