Jeff Atkins - Accidental match making

A/N :this chapter is going to be in Jeff's pov because I wanted to shake things up a bit.

"You help me get my grades up so I'm going to help you get laid." I tell clay while we're sitting on the bleachers in the gym.

He gives me a look of incredulity before somehow nodding and shaking his head at the same time causing me to chuckle.

My eyes wander over to the entrance of the gym and they land on Julia Henderson the most beautiful girl in junior year- scratch that...the whole school.

"Looks like somebody has a little crush."

I look back towards clay who is looking at me with a hint of suspicion in his eyes.

He's right I have a slight crush on Julia but I'll never tell anybody.

I often admire her from afar - like I'm doing right now - but today I feel braver than usual.

"I do not have a crush on her." I shoot back in clays direction before quickly averting my eyes back to julia.

She looks in my direction and waves at me with her perfectly manicured hand. This causes me to fall from the bleachers and hit my head on the hard wooden floor.

"Are you okay?"

"How does your head feel?"

" Oh my god, he's bleeding! "

"Somebody call a fucking ambulance!"

I can't tell who the varied voices belong to because it sounds as if I'm underwater and my vision becomes blurry before everything turns black.

I open my eyes only to be met by an excruciating pain that shoots through my brain. I bring my hand up to my head and I feel stitches.

"He's going to be okay...it's just a concussion but we need to keep him in overnight to monitor him because head injuries can be VERY serious if left untreated." The nurse is currently talking to somebody outside in a consoling voice...I think it might be my mom.

The nurse walks back in with her stethoscope and clipboard.

"Oh you're awake!" She exclaims

She walks over and fiddles with the monitor.

"That's some girlfriend you have out there!"

I look at her perplexed ... I'm as single as a newborn baby.

She must have noticed my confusion because she answers again.

"That girl, shoulder length raven black coloured hair...blue eyes....birthmark next to her left eye?"

My heart nearly stops beating entirely. She's describing julia.I

"She's been here all morning and she said she won't leave until she sees you....
