I woke up the next day better than I did the day before. I was more confident today thanks to my new friends. It sounds childish but I was really nervous yesterday and they really put me at ease.

I got up and ready and was soon in the kitchen getting some breakfast. "You sure are up early." My mom commented in the kitchen. I nodded and smiled.

"Yep." I said. "I think I'm really going to like it at Titan High. I met some really great people." My mom smiled.

"Well I'm glad." She said. "Now hurry so that you don't be late." I fixed Vincent his breakfast and we were soon on our way to school.

I walked through the doors of Titan High with a smile on my face. I went to my locker my locker and started to get my books out. History... math... chemistry...

"Awwe, you're so cute!!" Someone screeched in the hallway, making heads turn in that direction. I was one of them and saw a girl with a brown ponytail and glasses running towards me. "You're Rose, am I right?" She asked, very close to me. I took a step back.

"Um, yes, I am." I answered hesitantly.

"I'm Hanji, it's really nice to meet you!" She said and extended her hand in my face for me to shake it.

"It's um, nice to meet you, too." I said and cautiously shook her hand.

"Calm down, Four-eyes, you're going to scare her away." A stoic voice from behind me say. I turned around and saw Levi.

"Oh hey, Levi!" Hanji said. "You've already met Levi haven't you, Rose?" Hanji asked me.

"Yeah, we have several classes together." I answered.

"Oh great!" Hanji said. "Oh! Eyebrows! Come meet Rose!"

Eyebrows? What?

I turned around and saw a tall guy with blonde hair, icy blue eyes and um... very large eyebrows walking towards us.

"Hello, Rose, I'm Erwin. It's nice to meet you." The guy said and gave me a sweet smile, holding out his hand for me to shake. I smiled back and shook his hand.

"It's nice to meet you, too." I said.

"So what class do you have right now, Rose?" Hanji asked me.

"I have history." I answered.

"Oh so the same as Levi!" She said. "Well come on, Erwin. Have fun~" She grabbed Erwin's arm and ran off with him. I then turned to Levi with a confused look on my face.

"Is she always like that?" I asked. He rubbed his temples.

"Yes." He answered. "Now let's go to class." I nodded and we walked into Mrs. Wilson's room. Several students were already in there.

"Hey, Rose!" Eren called out to me.

"Hi." I smiled at him.

"So I heard you met Hanji." He said as him, Mikasa and Armin came next to my desk.

"Yeah..." I said. "She was a bit... unique." They laughed.

"Yeah, she's always like that." Armin said. "But don't worry, she's a good person."

"Are you close to them, Levi?" I asked Levi. Him, Hanji and Erwin seemed to know each other pretty well.

"Yes, Erwin and Hanji are my closest friends." He answered and I don't know why, but I felt like I wanted to be included in that. One of his closest friends. I just got here, though, so hopefully in the future.

"Okay, class, go ahead and take your seats. We have something to discuss." Mrs. Wilson said. "You're going to have a research paper due one month from now." There were several groans heard around the room. "It will be on whatever president you wish. However, you can work in groups. I have already picked them out." She brought out a list. "Eren and Armin, Sasha and Connie." A high-five was heard throughout the room. "Levi and Rose." I turned to him and smiled.

She finished calling off the list and the rest of the instructions. "This will most likely require working outside of class so make sure you make time." Mrs. Wilson said. "You can get started now." I turned to Levi.

"So, Levi, when do you want to get together?" I asked him.

"Anytime is fine with me." He answered.

"Okay well how about you come over to my house today after school?" I suggested.

"That's fine with me." He said. I smiled.

This should be fun.
