I rushed backstage after the curtain call. My heart was racing and my cheeks were flushed.

I... I love him... But what do I do now?

"Rose!" I heard someone call behind me. I turned around to see, of course, Levi.

"H-hey... Levi." I replied.

"What's wrong?" He asked, seeming a bit concerned.

"What do you mean?" I tried to cover up.

"You look flushed." He put his hand to my forehead. "Do you have a fever?"

"No, nothing like that." I smiled and took his hand off my head. It's now or never. "Listen, Levi, I-"

"I know." He cut me off. "I love you, too." I was taken aback.

"You... you do?" I asked. He chuckled and nodded.

"I do."

"I... I love you, too." I replied sheepishly and looked towards the ground. He gently took my chin in his hand and lifted my face to look at him. We stared into each other's eyes just like it was on stage before slowly leaning in towards each other. His lips were warm and sweet.

We slowly pulled back and he gave me a warm smile. "Pick you up at 6 on Saturday?" He asked.

"That sounds great." I smiled at him.

"HE DID WHAT?!" Hanji's voice yelled out through my phone.

"Hanji calm down." I giggled. "We're going on our first date on Saturday."

"Oh my goodness I'm so excited!! My OTP!!" She squealed and I sighed to myself. Hanji will always be Hanji.

"This will look super cute on you, Rose!" Christa pulled out a springy dress.

"Are you sure?" I asked. "I don't even know what he's planning. He just said to dress casual."

"This is casual. And super cute, too!"

"Okay." I agreed and went to the bathroom to change. I paired it with a pair of sandals and some casual makeup and my hair lightly curled.

"You looks BEAUTIFUL, Rose!" Sasha said.

"Thank you." I blushed.

"Rose! Levi's here!" My mom called upstairs. Needless to say, my parents were pretty excited when they found out that Levi and I were now actually dating.

"Go get him!" Hanji shoved me towards the door. I took a deep breath and walked downstairs. Levi was wearing dark navy pants with a nice white shirt and his hair neatly done.

"Hey, Levi." I smiled at him.

"Hey." He lightly smiled back. "You look beautiful."

"Thanks." I blushed again.

"You two have fun!" My mom called out. We nodded and walked out to his car.

"So where are we going?" I asked Levi.

"It's a surprise." He smirked. "So you have to wear this." He held up a blindfold.

"Really?" I whined.

"Yep." He tied it around my head. I couldn't see anything. "No peaking." He teased.

"Whatever."

We rode for about 20 minutes before stopping. He opened my door for me and lead me by the hand to wherever we were going. "You can look now." He undid the blind fold and took it off.

Before me was a full picnic set up. It had sandwiches, fruit, chips, cookies, and juice. It was all laid out on a blanket and several fake candles were scattered around. "Did you do all this?" I asked him.

"Yep." He nodded. "And these are for you." He held out a beautiful bouquet of white lilies.

"They're beautiful. Thank you." I took the flowers and kissed him on the cheek. He blushed.

"Let's just eat." He got flustered and walked over to the picnic.

The picnic was great and had good flavor. It didn't get too dark but it was dark enough where the stars could be seen. "Do you like the stars?" Levi asked. I nodded.

"They remind me that no matter how dark it is, there's still light."

"How poetic." He said.

"Shut up." I lightly punched his arm.

"It's getting kind of late, should we be going?"

"Sure." We packed up the picnic and made our way back to the car. "I really enjoyed tonight. Thanks a lot."

"No problem." He reached over to hold my hand. "We'll have to do it again sometime."

"Definitely."
