Safe and Sound

Third person POV:
The first night home was lovely. They could sleep in their own bed in the comfort of their own home. It was nice to be back in LA. Colin missed Evan and Millie so he arranged to see them in a days time. Luckily Helen was willing to fly with them to LA and Jen would pick them up from the airport. It was very awkward between Jen and Helen, they used to be really close friends but now she was in s relationship with her ex husband things were not so dandy between them. Helen would give a look of evil or she would just ignore her. It was petty but Jen understood why.

"Colin have you got any dark clothes i'm going to put on a dark load of washing."
He looked into his bag, scrambling everything up. He picked up his dark clothes and handed them to her.
"Thanks." He said as she took it.
Jen hated leaving her dirty clothes in her suitcase so she always wanted to get it all cleaned ASAP. She went into the dryer room where the washing machine was. She put them in the machine, added washing powder and softener and turned it on. Colin had only ever been to Jen's house a few times so he didn't really know what rooms were what as her house was fairly big considering it was only her and Ava. He didn't remember where her room is.
"Where is your room?" he asked in a slightly high pitch as he felt embarrassed to ask. She grabbed his hand and led him to their room.
They walked up Jen's stairs which spiralled at the top. Jen's room was opposite the stairs. They walked in and Colin had got to see what his girlfriend used to sleep in. Alone.
"By the way I have a walk in wardrobe so you can use that one as none of my clothes are in it."
Colin still had his bag full of clothes from when
he moved in to put in there. He put all his clothes in there and then walked into the bathroom to put all his toiletries in there.
It was so weird that they were living together. Their fans dreamed of this. Their fans shipped them so hard but where Colin was married he couldn't show them he had these feelings for her. Plus Jen had been going on random dates with people and nothing would end up being serious. Just one night stands. Jen didn't seem to connect with many people after Sebastian but Colin was an exception. She clicked with him straight away. Since he joined the cast she and him were the best of friends. Now they lived together it felt amazing. They both felt safe with each other. Safe and sound.
