3 Weeks Later

Third person POV:
So after three weeks Jen thought it was time to get a pregnancy test. She wanted to leave it just to make sure there was something there. She and Colin decided this was best plus they had so much work to do and Colin needed to look after Millie and Evan. It had just gone last lunchtime so Jen went out to buy the test. She was feeling apprehensive about it but it needed to be done. She arrived at a Target. She went straight to the section where pregnancy tests were sold. She quickly went to the self scanners. Paid for the rest and zoomed out of the shop into her car. She drove swiftly back home.
"Col! I'm back!" she shouted sizing the house to see where she was. He sat outside in the garden by the pool asleep. Jen went to the hose pipe and turned it on aiming the nozzle at him. Ejecting large amounts of water on his legs. This woke him up instantly.
"Fucking hell!" he said getting up laughing.
"Thought that would wake you." Jen said also laughing.
Colin started to shake his legs to dry them while Jen put the hose back. After Colin dried his legs he walked inside the house to see the test placed in the kitchen side. He looked at the packaging to see the instructions. Then Jen walked in gingerly.
"Do you want me to do it now or later on? I don't mind when so you decide." she uttered.
Colin exhaled.
"Now."

So she went to the toilet and took the test. Colin waited, he felt anxious. Could this really be his third child? How would he tell his parents? How would he tell Helen? All these questions clouded his mind making him panic.
Jen walked out of the toilet casually.
"So you pregnant?" Colin asked.
Jen looked at the test.
"I don't know it hasn't got any lines on it. One means i'm not pregnant, two means I am."
Colin lifted his hand back and exhaled. All of a sudden Jen's face went pale. Colin gulped.
"What is it? What does it say?" he softly spoke.
Jen handed the test to him. They both looked at each other. Jen and Colin smiled at each other.
"I'm pregnant." Jen said while grinning  so wide her cheeks were as wide as they could be. Colin threw the test onto the sofa and picked Jen up to kiss her soft lips. Both of them were so excited. He put her down.
"Okay first of all we can't tell anyone until we have had our first scan just to make sure there is a baby in me." Jen said.
"Of course. Whatever you want. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT YOU SRE BLOODY PREGNANT!" he  said with excitement in his voice. Colin picked her up again, Jen wrapped her legs around him. He moved his lips towards hers, they met halfway. Everything felt so perfect. But we all knew something was bound to go wrong somewhere. This happens to everything that's perfect.
