Okay i'm jumping forward to the day she gives birth as i wanted to end this ff as it's so long and boring now.

Third Person POV:
At 1am Jen felt contractions coming on. They had intervals of 20 minutes but when it got to 4am they were few seconds apart.
"The baby is ready to come out." she said as she breathed through the contractions. She held her bump as she got into the car, exhaling through them. Colin drove to the hospital quickly. She got in and sat in a hospital bed.
The midwife gave her some gas and air to ease some pain this made her go loopy.
"Killian Jones you are a spicy man." she said seeming very high.
Colin laughed.
"Yes my name is Killian Jones." he said trying not to laugh.
Her eyes weren't focused on anything until she got a terrible, long, painful contraction.
"OWWWWWWWW!!!!!" she screamed as the baby was trying to get out. The midwife shit in with 2 nurses and a doctor.
"When we say push as hard as you can. Ready. PUSH!" the midwife demanded.
Jen pushed as hard as she could. The top of the head was insights but not out yet.
"And again, 1. 2. 3. PUSH!"
She pushed hard.
"Oh my babe I can see the head. I can see the head." Colin said trying not to cry.
The midwife got her to push again. Each push more of the baby came out until the last one.
"GUUURRRR!!" she pushed hard. The baby came out. The umbilical cord was cut and her newborn was placed upon her chest so her baby could bear her heart beat. Tears fell from
her eyes.
"Well Jen is it a boy or a girl?" Colin asked.

They decided to keep the gender a mystery. They wanted the surprise of having either a girl or a boy. She looked down to see she had a girl.
"We have a little girl." She smiled as she couldn't stop tears from falling. She passed the baby swaddled in a towel to Colin. His face lit up as he couldn't believe his eyes. She was a spitting image of Jennifer. Beautiful in every way.
"What should we call her?" He asked.
Jen thought to herself. She wanted this child to have a name which meant something. Something that had a meaning behind it.
"Emma." she said.
Colin looked at his newborn and said "Emma".
"Yeah she's an Emma."
They both looked at each other with so much love in their eyes for each other and the newborn baby. Someone that completed their family.

The day after Colin was able to take the baby and Jen back home. He had completed the nursery ready for Emma, he made it nautical themed. Obviously. They walked out of the hospital with the baby in Jen's arms. Colin was so nervous to drive her home. They placed her carefully into the car seat so she wasn't disturbed. They set off driving slowly. Luckily it was a 10 minute drive from their house to the hospital so they were home in no time. When they arrived they saw that Jen's parents, sister and brother were in the sitting room. They cheered as she walked through the door.
"Congratulations!" her family shouted in unison.
They all smiled as Jen came into the room. She placed the car seat on the floor and picked baby Emma out. She walked over to the sofa to sit down next to her family. She let her family hold her. They were all mesmerised by her perfect little face. Her blue eyes and brown hair.
"She's got your nose Colin." said Mr Morrison.
To which Colin agreed to. Jen stood up.
"So we'd like to tel you her name as we only told you the gender. We wanted to give her a name which meant something important to me and Colin. So. We have decided to name her Emma. Emma Allison O'donoghue. We gave her Colin's surname is Morrison didn't sound quite right."
"Well I think the name is beautiful." Jen's mum said dearly. They all had an evening of laughs until her family went home.

What an overwhelming two days a Jen was so happy to be a mother as was Colin to be a dad to another girl. Evan and Millie were going to come over to see their new sibling. They wanted to get ready for bed. They both showered. Colin went in first as Jen fed the baby. She then went into the shower as Colin then put Emma to sleep. They put the cot next to their bed and all of them were asleep in no time. Jen was exhausted, same for Colin.
"I love you" they both said to each other before sleeping. This is the end of their story. How over the space of a year they fell deeply in love. So in love they created a child to represent that love. It goes to show that anyone can fall in love. Even when it's complicated at first. As long as there is love. There's a family.
