A Different Kind of Love

Chapter 1

*Mahogany's pov*

Hi, let me introduce myself. You probably already know who I am but if you don't...you should probably know since well...you are reading this story.

Hi, I'm Mahogany LOX. I'm known as the girl with the cat ears. I have long brown frizzy hair that never stays the way I want it too. I'm also the DJ of a group called Magcon. I play music and sometimes I dance with the boys during their shows.

Ok, so let me get this out there now because a lot of the fans ask me about my love life. I'm currently single and have no interest in dating.

I was kinda scared to be honest. It's about halfway through the tour and we were getting a new member. He was a singer actually. I think his name was Jacob Whitesides or something like that. I've heard him sing and he does have a pretty good voice. The fans are pretty pumped though.

*Jacob's pov*

Hey I'm Jacob Whitesides. You probably know who I am but I'm a singer. I like doing different covers on YouTube. My favorite thing to do on the world is make people smile and every time I make a new cover, I feel like I succeed.

I have a sister and her name is Sierra. I also call her my best friend. Sure we don't get along, but in the end, we will always love each other.

Today was the day I was going to be joining Magcon. I was so excited but terrified at the same time.

I got off the plane with my guitar and saw the boys waiting there for me.

"Hey guys! I'm Jacob!" I said.

"Hey," they all said at once. They one by one introduced each other.

"And my name is Mahogany," a girl said. She was incredibly beautiful. I couldn't take my eyes off her. She was just perfect.

"I-I-I'm Jacob." I reached out and shook her hand and when I shook her hand, sparks flew and I could tell that she felt the same thing. She had beautiful brown eyes. They sparkled like diamonds.

We walked back to the hotel since it was only like 2 blocks away.

We got to our hotel room and I ended up sharing a room with Shawn Mendes. He seemed like a pretty nice guy. I think they put us together because we were "the singers" of the group.

"So where did you come from again?" Shawn asked while cocking his head to the side.

"Umm...Knoxville, Tennessee."

"Oh cool! Knoxville is such a cool place."

"Ya it is. So when is the show?" I asked.

"It's at 1:00 tomorrow. We should probably get some rest. It's already 1 a.m!"

"Oh wow! I didn't realize it was that late."

I unpacked a little and went to sleep. That night, all I could think about was the beautiful Mahogany LOX.
