We meet again

"Where am I from?" You stood up with your arrow satchel and sat on the couch crossing your legs. "I guess I'm from everywhere, I live on the run," you say.
Finn finishes drinking his water and leans on the wall near by.

"That would be so much fun!" He says fist pumping the air.
You giggle softly at his movements. You brought your hand up to your face and rested your chin on it.
"It would've been fun if I wasn't always hunted," you say calmly as if it was normal.

"The blob! Why are you hunted?" He asks shocked.

"Well my kind is very rare and most want to either sell me, eat me or just kill me for who knows what reason,"

"(y/n), if you don't mind me asking, what species are you?" He asked shyly.
You froze up.

"Oh uh," you began to say before being interrupted by something charging at you and grabbing you into a tight hold.

"Who are you!" It screamed threatening you.
A yellow dog like creature stretched around you tying you up in its body.

"Jake, it's ok! BMO let her in to stay last night! She's not a threat," Finn butted in.
The dog looked at you and slowly begin loosening to regain his original form.
"Hehe sorry bout that, I'm Jake," he said

"(y/n)" you said while grabbing your stuff. You placed your bow on your back and arrows by your side. Then grabbed your bag and walked to BMO.

"Hey, Beebs," you whispered and poked at him. His screen lite up.

"Good morning!" He chirped.

"Thanks for letting me stay the night," you said and flashed him a smile.
"You are leaving already?" He asked sounding sad.

"Can't stay here for too long, might get caught,"
You turned back to Finn and Jake who were staring at you confused.

"I should go, thank you for letting me stay in your house for the night," you smiled a half smile then climbed down the ladder and let yourself out the door. You looked up at the window to see them all watching you. You waved then began running back through the forest. It wasn't long before you had started another journey for a safe place to rest.

Finn's POV

We all watched as (y/n) ran out of view. There was something about her that made me want to know more. I went to our room, got changed then came back out to see Jake making breakfast.

"That girl was strange huh," Jake said as he plated up some eggs for us.

"Yeah, do you think we will ever see her again though?" I asked

"Maybe, why? Do you like her," he sang. I scoffed and grabbed my plate of eggs.

"No way I hardly know her, I just want to know more about her...and what species she is. She never ended up telling me,"

"Strange, hey I know what we can do today," Jake said with a mouth full. "Let's go hunt a beast! That always puts your mind at ease," he said.

"Hehe yeah ok," I replied while finishing off my eggs and grabbing my sword and bag. "Let's get going then," I say as we head to the door.

Your POV//time skip to this arvo

"Shit," you say as you get knocked back. The beast had found you again and it didn't look good. You shoot arrow after arrow at it but the shots didn't seem to have much of an affect. It began charging at you and you barely got out of the way in time. It's claws reached out once it had turned and slashed you across the back. You let out a grunt as you felt to see it bad it was. You continued to shoot at it but still nothing. The arrows were still in its body but they didn't hurt it. This was bad.

Finn's POV

We had been walking for a while when we began to hear loud noises and crashes coming from deeper in the forest. We gave each other a look before racing into forest to see what was happening. When we arrived I stopped and saw a giant black beast with huge sharp claws and arrows sticking out of it body, it was chasing someone. It only took a second to realise who it was.
