Life Unexpected

Chapter 25

It was around maybe 6:50pm now and my mom wanted us there by 8:00 so I woke Sarah up and I gave her another shower , pulled her hair up into a bun and then I put on this dress that wassuper skinny on her it was tight fitting and I didnt know it was like that but I didnt have time to run to a store and get her a new dress. She wore her oreo Jordans with her all black dress.

She went into her room and Played dolls. That should give me and Jake enough time to get ready. I took yet another shower for the day (I know I take alot of showers ) I curled my hair really well and I put on my Black tight fitting dress.  Instead of wearing the same shoes as my daughter I decided to wear my red 8inch heels. I went to the bathroom and applied some eyeliner and then some Bright Red Lipstick.

As I finished applying my make-up I walked into the hallway and there was Jake standing there with his Black Jeans and A Red Polo shirt. It looked so nice too I was a little shocked I didnt know that he could dress like that ! His hair was Near perfectly combed through he had on his red jordans so they matched his shirt for sure.

We left out the house and was on our way to the restuarant now. When we pulled up we got into the restuarant but we couldnt go in completely because it was one of those really fancy places and it was so expensive ... I am so glad that I wasnt paying.

" Hello How may we help you ". A lady said

" I am here with the Hart Family ". I said

" Okay follow me this way ". The lady said

I grabbed Sarahs hand and the other hand to pull down my dress as we followed the lady. She walked us to a table where I saw my Mom , Dad , Aubrey , My aunt Rose , My Aunt Lorra , My uncle Mark , Uncle Wayne , Uncle Brenden , Cousin Miranda , Cousin Georgia , My grandmother on my mom side and my grand father on my mom side.

I didnt expect it to be so many people here it was really crazy and to think I was going to miss this. We walked closer and closer to the table and all our family members was staring at us and they were surprised to see me all grown up and most of them never even seen Sarah before. When we got to the table everyone basically got up and gave us a hug we were so excited to see each other.

" Oh My Gosh Zoey , You have grown up so much since I saw you ". Auntie Rose said as tears fell down her eyes.

" I know I have Auntie Rose ". I said smiling from ear to ear.

" Is this the baby ? ". She asked

" Yes it is ". I said gesturing Sarah to her

Sarah was a little nervous because she didnt know half of the people who were here so she was quite surprised but she soon loosened up when her cousin offered her candy.

" Hi whats your name baby ?". Auntie Rose said smiling from ear to ear

" S..a..r...a...h ". She said very slowly

I picked up Sarah still pulling down her dress because it was pretty short. I placed her on my hip and she laid her head on my chest. She was a little tired I guess that nap didnt do much for her.

" Awe, thats so sweet do you like candy ?". Auntie Rose asked

" Of course she likes candy she isnt an alien ". My cousin said

She handed Sarah a piece of candy and then started too look at Jake. I was trying to figure out why nobody said anything about him but I guess they were to surprised at how I grew up alot and how Sarah is basically grown now ( Not really shes 4 ).
