Sit and wait for the one,
Ignore the hurt and pain,
Just sit and wait for the sun,
Let the storm pass and escape the rain.
Is this what I should do?
Sit and wait for someone I don't know?
One person and then two,
Maybe instead I should just stand and go.
Once I begin to stand,
I see and person walking to me,
Their walking over the vast land,
But their face is hard to see.
A loving embrace is what I feel,
Warmness overwhelms the cold night,
Hopefully; with this one I can deal,
I know with Him there will be no fright.
That's just what he can do,
Something he doesn't even realize yet,
Me and Him too,
I'm just so Joyful we met.
