That night I laid in my bed reading through a camera catalog looking at all the expensive cameras, wishing I owned one. It was Monday night I dreaded doing my homework. As I started putting my magazine away my phone goes off. At first, I let out an annoyed sigh but then I saw it was Tyler. Which was weird, Tyler never texted me.

"Hey, whats up camera girl!?" Tyler texted and I blushed at his comment. I giggled to my self and my fingers twiddled as I quickly wrote back a response. I clicked the send button and threw my phone in front of me like a crazy fangirl waiting for a response.

"Nothing much camera boy."

Oh god, why does Tyler have to make me feel this way? So giddy and excited. I try to deny it but I actually really love it. I see the three bubbles at the bottom which means he's typing. I grab out my books from my backpack and lay them out on the bed. As I pull out my history book a note falls out. I lift up the letter from my floor and slowly and cautiously open it.

My jaw dropped and I let out a gasp as I looked at a picture of me. Just a random picture of me at my locker with red text saying, "keep your mouth shut". Then my phone rings and Tyler finally finished his text but I ignored it and called him immediately. As the phone rung, I felt so anxious what if Tyler made this? It would make sense. Tyler wanted me to keep my mouth shut about the shooting. I shook the thought from my head as Tyler answered the phone.

"Hey." He said.

"I just got this note and I'm scared! Tyler please can I come over?" I asked and I heard shuffling.I could tell he was picking up stuff.

"Yeah yeah come on over," Tyler replied and I hung up. I grabbed my purse and shoved the note in my bag. I was walking downstairs but Zander stopped me. He had one headphone on and the other was off his ear. He was playing Fortnite, as usual.

"Where are you going?" Zander asked as I stood in the doorway.

"To my friend's house. Be good while I'm gone." I replied and he shook his head and shooed me away. Mom and dad were gone for the week on a cruise for their 14-year anniversary. I made sure my license was in my bag because I guess I'm going to be driving. I never really liked driving, always felt like I was going to crash. I shook the thoughts out and got into my 2006 black Camry I was on my way to Tylers.

I pulled into Tyler's driveway and walked up to his door. I hesitated as I rung his doorbell. I heard footsteps inside running to the door and then Tyler answered looking all snazzy. Kidding he was wearing a shirt and sweatpants. I realized how I looked like complete shit. I was wearing some Nike shorts with a blue Liberty high sweatshirt.

Tyler invited me in and his mom looked all excited. She got up from the couch with a big smile on her face but Tyler gave her a look and she sat back down.

"You must be y/n! Tyler has told me so much about you!" His mom said happily. I smiled and Tyler yanked my hand taking me into his room. I sat on the bed and took out the picture.

Tyler looked shocked and held the picture looking closer at it.

"Tyler, I'm so scared. Who would do this?" I said as I looked down at my fingers. I then felt Tyler's arms around me and it made me feel so safe and at that moment I knew Tyler didn't do it. I sobbed into Tyler's shoulder and held him close, not letting him go. I never wanted him to let me go. Tyler rubbed my back and told me it was going to be okay.

We realized and we stared into each other's eyes. I noticed his compassion for me at this very moment. There was a long pause of silence but then Tyler's lips crashed into mine. I kissed him back so passionately. I took this moment all in. His hands gripped my shoulders and my hands trailed on his neck. The kiss got so passionate I laid on the bed and let his lips keep kissing mine. Between kisses, he told me something I have been waiting for.

"Y/n I love you. I always had. This whole time, I just didn't know how to tell you."

We stopped kissing and I looked at him and smiled.

"I love you too," I replied and Tyler looked so relieved. He looked so cute when he was happy.

"I will make sure no one hurts you." He replied and we began to cuddle on the bed. I was wrapped in his arms and I could feel his hot soothing breath on my neck. I just smiled that whole night. I didn't care if there was school tomorrow. I didn't care about the note. I only cared for one thing right now and it was Tyler.

Short chapter but I am whipping up another one very soon.
