I push the doors open, find a seat and reopen the scroll. Something about this feels important. I slowly roll it open, 'For a while, the new world of Ninjago was at peace. The first man created friends, giving them powers from the shimmering stone left behind by strangers. Until years later, before the man had any family to call his own, he was betrayed by a thief. The thief spent years among the elements but grew jealous of all their mighty and noble powers. So in the middle of the night he-"

"Ah, Skylor," Taylor stares me as he tiptoed in or something, "So I was thinking about it. I think I might make a few tweaks to your character's change to evil since. I was thinking-"

"Tylor," I snap, "I'm kinda in the middle of something."

"Yeah, I don't care." He brushes his hair down, "This is what I was thinking. You're thirty, starving for water, deprived of the slightest-"

"TAYLOR," I close the scroll while giving his my best R.B.F, resting board face, "Do whatever you want. It sounds great. I'm in the middle of something."

"Wow, was my head tasty ?" Tylor won't leave me alone, "Just listen ok? As I was saying, you're parched until Garmadon offers you a cup of water. But in the water is-"

I stick my fingers in my ears, "LA LA LA LA, I CAN'T HEAR YOU. LA LA LA, LEAVE ME ALONE. LA LA." Mabey me only having 2 weeks, 3 days, 19 hours and 45 minutes left in Ninjago is stressing me out a bit. But that island....has horrors, simply put. I stop, take my fingers out of my ears as Taylor frowns.

He shakes his head like he's disappointed in me, "Skylor, you are a gorgeous woman with a fine talent for the theater. Heck, I'd even wager that you come from a wonderful and loving family." He gets up like he's Mr drama right now, "It's too bad you have the personality of a pig." He leaves.

I bite my tongue.

They don't know what it's like. To be so scared all day, every day, trying to run but knowing that he'll find me no matter what.

They won't ever find out that me being mean and nasty is to keep them away. To keep them safe from the bombshell that is my life.

I sigh, head out to the campus. Boys point and stare, cat calling and being annoying guys. I find a tall oak tree, climb it and settle on a branch. I sniffle my tears. I'm not truly mean. I'm not like my Father.

I'm a very different person.

I hold in my tears as I open the scroll, "The thief, spent years among the elements but grew jealous of all their mighty and noble powers. So in the middle of the night, he tried taking their source of power. Unfriendly, he was caught. For him trying to take the heart of the elements, he was given the duty to protect it from other thieves. If he were to fail or the heart was to lose the remaining power inside, his or the current protector's powers would be taken.' Harsh. I move my head aside as a football flies over me, 'The thief swore to protect it, slowly he earned back the first elemental master's trust. But as long as he guarded the heart there was never peace among the masters and the thief. Even to this day, his descendants are cast out from the other.' Hm, hate to be one of them, 'His name was Arron. The elements given to him was amber.'

Crap.

And there. That's where it ends.

I sigh as I roll it up, great not only do I have a maniac of a Father running in my blood but only a traitor and a thief.

Man, I miss my life when it was simple and all I had was a friend, acting and an ok boyfriend.
