My team and team JNPR were fighting a group of Grimm in Emerald Forest. There were nearly fifty, beowolves, ursas, even a deathstalker and a nevermore.
We were fighting with our all, as I ran forward with my semblance and cut down a few more beowolves. Yang's hair was in flames as she punched Grimm into oblivion. Blake and Weiss were slashing with their swords, cutting them down.
Team JNPR were also fighting, Pyrrah was slicing an ursa, Nora slammed her hammer into another ursa. Jaune and Ren were fighting with the deathstalker.
I heard a screech and looked up, seeing the nevermore swooping down on me.
I prepared my scythe, ready to attack, when a portal of some sort opened up, and a massive beast came flying out, knocking the nevermore out of the sky and scaring the Grimm away.
"What was that?" I asked.
*Y/n POV*
I landed on the ground, creating a massive ravine through the ground as my altered form landed. I hit a bird-like thing on my way down, and it screeched at me, somehow surviving the hit.
"SCREEEEEECH!" It yelled.
It pissed me off, so I gave my own cry and cut off it's head.
It fell to the ground, dead. Darkrai let go of me, floating to the ground in his Pokemon form, while I stood up, still high above the trees of whatever forest we were in.
(Italicized with quotes means Pokemon talk.)
"Do you know where we are?" Darkrai asked, speaking so only I can understand him.
I bent my head down, to his level, "No. It appears we have been taken to another world it seems."
"Curious. I wonder what these strange creatures are." He said, looking at the strange bird.
"It was annoying." I replied.
"What's that thing!?"
I turned to the voice, seeing eight humans, with a small girl wearing red leading them.
"Don't get too close," A blonde boy wearing armor said, "It looks dangerous."
I let out a deep breath, and transformed into my human form, Darkrai following suit.
"No need to fear us humans," I said, "We have no need to fight you."
They stepped forward, slowly, with their weapons drawn.
"Who are you?" The blonde girl asked.
"I am Y/n Giratina," I said, "God of Chaos and destroyer of worlds."
They all backed up, terror clearly on their faces.
Darkrai sighed, "Don't mind my friend here, he's never actually destroyed any worlds. My name is Darkrai, deity of Nightmares."
They slowly walked forward, as the red girl stepped forward and started talking.
"I am Ruby Rose, I'm the leader of team RWBY."
Another girl stepped forward, wearing white, "I am Weiss Schnee."
The blonde girl stepped forward, "Name's Yang Xaio Long, I'm Ruby's sister."
A black haired girl stepped forward, "I'm Blake Belladonna."
The other four people stepped forward, introducing themselves as team JNPR, leader Jaune Arc, Pyrrah Nikos, Lie Ren, and Nora Valkyrie.
"Pleasure to meet you all." I said.
"Y/n," Darkrai whispered, "We need to get information on this world."
"Right," I said, turning back to the others, "Listen, we would like to meet whoever's in charge. Can you take us to them?"
"Yeah!" Ruby said, "We'll take you to Professor Ozpin."
'Oh boy. This promises to be interesting.'
[Timeskip]
God this place is huge. Apparently this is a school where teenagers were trained to become hunters and huntresses, to fight those creatures, Grimm they were called.
Anyway, team RWBY led us through the building, towards an elevator.
"Take this elevator," Ruby told us, "Ozpin is waiting for you."
I grunted, and Darkrai said a quiet, "Thank you."
We entered the elevator as we were sent up to the top, we had a conversation.
"This world is so strange." Darkrai said.
"Yes," I replied, "The humans here are certainly stranger than back home. Also, the lack of Pokemon here is also strange."
The elevator dinged and the door opened. We got out and entered the office, where a blonde woman and a silver-haired man were waiting for us.
"Mr.Giratina, I presume?" The man, Ozpin apparently, said.
"Correct."
Darkrai and I took a seat across the desk from him, as the blonde woman stood behind him.
"Tell me," He said, "Are you really a god?"
I chuckled darkly, as my eyes glowed.
"Of course I am," I said, "I have the power to destroy worlds. I have been around since the beginning of all. No one else could do what I have."
He gulped, as I smirked. Intimidation was an amazing tool.
"Y/n, we're not here to scare people." Darkrai said behind me.
"True, true," I replied, "Professor Ozpin, I would like to attend your school. If only until we can return to our own homes."
"Hmm," Ozpin said, "I think I can do that-"
"What?!" The blonde chick yelled, "How can you even consider letting these two in?! They're clearly dangerous!"
Ozpin held up a hand, "If you'd let me finish, I was going to say that I would like to know the full story. Your entire past."
"Well then, buckle in, cause there are millions of years to cover."
[Timeskip]
Darkrai and I left the office, having explained everything to Ozpin and he gave us a dorm and our schedule.
We were now a two man team here at Beacon. Since there were only two of us, he let us choose our own name, and we chose...
