Y/n's pov.

I'm bored, Gene, Sasha and Zenix are out, their getting groceries. I don't wanna go cause i don't feel like it.

I'm sitting in the kitchen with my laptop and a cup coffee. I'm not alone though, I'm with Finn, Maria is coming back home tomorrow. Dante is hanging out with bro bitch and Garroth.

Right now, I'm just reading wattpad with my glasses. Then a hand was on my mouse changing the website, i turn to see Finn.

" um, i-i was r-reading that " i hesitate.

" read this instead, it's much better than fanfictions " he said and went upstairs once he was done.

I look at my laptop screen to see I'm on a website with fiction books.

Is he serious?

I change back to wattpad and continue. I took a sip of my coffee.

After i finished everything, i cleaned it up. I was about to put the cup back when someone took it away from me and smashed it on my head and everything went black.

Gene's pov.

We finished the groceries, right now I'm finding the house key in my pocket. Once i did, i unlock the door and entered. We went in the kitchen and Y/n's laptop was there.

It's switched on. I place the brown bags on the table, a few boxes of cookies fell from the table.

I pick it up and as i was about to pick up the last box, there's a glass shattered next to it?, i look up to see Y/n on the floor unconscious and glass shattered everywhere.

" shit, Y/n " i rush and carried her to the living room.

" the hell happened!? " Zenix asked.

" i don't know " i placed her down on the couch.

Then dad came down and i stood up walking to him.

" your back " he said.

" did you heard anything while we were gone? " i asked, crossing my arms.

" no why? " he said, positively.

" oh, so your telling me that you didn't hear a crash or anything and check it out when my girlfriend is on the FLOOR UNCONSCIOUS!? " i shouted.

" oh really?, i didn't heard it, i was on my earpiece " he said.

" Gene she's awake " Sasha said.

I rush to her.

" the hell happened? " she asked, rubbing the side if her head.

" I'll get an ice pack " Zenix said and went in the kitchen.

He came back with an ice pack, and i gave to Y/n as she take it, placing it on her head.

" sorry but i didn't heard anything " dad said.

" sorry?, seriously?, thats it!?, she could've died! " i shouted.

" i apologize okay " he said.

I help Y/n upstairs to my room and i let her lie down on my bed.

" tell me exactly what happened? " i asked.

Sasha and Zenix shut the door.

" i don't know, i was washing the cup, someone grabbed it and smash it on my head " she explained.

" who did it? " i asked.

" i don't know, i didn't saw the face " she said.

" wait " Sasha paused.

" what? " we asked.

" there's no one else in the house except you and. . . . " she paused.

" Finn " Zenix finished her sentence.

" hey, i hate my dad but that doesn't mean he did it " i said.

" we're just suspecting it's him okay, we're not gonna point fingers " Zenix said.

" Hi! " Anna appeared.

We all screamed, Y/n fell of the bed.

" would you stop that!? " Y/n shouted as she sat up on her knees.

" easy girl " she said in a sassy tone.

" why are you here? " Y/n asked.

" rude, and I'm hiding from Vincent again, after what we did with the makeover thing " she explained.

" Vincent she's right here!! " Y/n shouted.

" wait- "

" found you " Vincent appeared and grip the back of her collar shirt.

" oh no " Anna squeaked and they both disappeared.

" you alright? " Sasha asked.

" kill me " she said and rolled under my bed.

" she needs help " Zenix said.

" hey, found my shirt " she said.

" wonder how it got there " Sasha smirked.

" one thought about that Sasha and your head is on the table " she said.

" never mind " she said and left.

" can you guys leave me and Gene alone?, i wanna talk to him " she said.

Zenix exit the room and shut the door, Y/n roll out of the bed and look at me with worried eyes.

" what's going on? " i asked.

" i wanna tell you something " she said.

" what about? " i asked.

" it's about your dad "
