Everything hurt, I was trapped in a dark room unable to see anything in front of me. I heard a shuffle and a creak of a wooden door. A blinding light flew into the room, immediately closing my eyes, my mind started to race circles around me, where was I?

"Christine, you're finally awake." A male voice said, my bones shook.

"I...I'm not Christine." I whimpered, my eyes finally were able to adjust. Flashing to the man from the road, remembering him instantly.

"Funny, you were always funny Christine" He said laughing, his eyes reminded me of one of the monsters from a horror movie.

"What- do you want from me?" I stuttered fear filling my insides.

"Oh, you don't need to be scared, it's okay, I'm here to protect you, they took you from me, from us and now we have you back" He said with a smile.

"What do you mean, us?" I asked, tears slipping down my cheeks.

"Our family, don't cry, it's okay you're home now." He said wiping my tears with his thumb causing me to flinch away from him.

"Come with me, everyone misses you so much" He said with a weak smile. I got up scared, wondering what he would do if I didn't. Following him, we trotted through a dark, cold hallway, approaching an old wooden door, he opened it to a well-lit room, the stench of death overwhelmed me. Leading me through the room I walked to a kitchen, it was covered in dirt, the room gave a horror movie vibe that made your skin crawl. I continued through my eyes shooting to above the island, were saws and knives hung from the ceiling, the metal stained with a strange red substance, I thought they must be hunters and they eat a lot of deer, and it had stained the blades over time till I saw it. My stomach sank immediately when my eyes were sent to the body lying on the back counter, their arms were in the sink missing their hands and the legs hung over the sink, the blood filling the drain. My stomach recoiled, I froze unable to prevent myself, my vision turned to the head. It had been a man, he looked to be about thirty, short cut brown hair stuck out from the top of his head, his eyes and mouth hung open looking at me emptiness filling them.

"Come." The man from the road announced grabbing my arm, dragging me from the kitchen to a dining room, people all looked at me smiling, when I seen Alex she sat there, her eyes shooting to me as for a call of help, the man led me to sitting in between her and him at the table.
"Were so proud of You Hamish, and Benji for bringing your sisters home." The old woman across from me and Alex said smiling to the two middle aged men. The woman had long grey hair that reminded me of straw, wrinkles saturated her skin, she looked to be around sixty to seventy. She had a stern look that reminded me of my math teacher, scolding me for not doing a stupid invalid equation right.

"Christine, and Annabella we are so happy to have you home, my two beautiful girls, back to where they belong." She smiled, Alex and I gave weak smiles in return, trying to mask our fear.

"Your father prepared us an amazing dinner for your return, it's your favorites." She continued as an old man with a leathery face brought in plates setting them in front of us, my stomach retracted and pulled, when my eyes seen what it was on the plate. A plate of meat sat in front of me, freshly cooked, Alex immediately dug in, I seen her enjoyment in the meat, I looked at her reluctantly.

"It's chicken Becca." Alex stated, mouth full. My mind flashed to the dead body, and those hollow eyes.

"Uh Mrs. lady? "I asked as the old woman looked up to me from her plate.

"It's Momma dear, and yes Christine?" Momma asked me, I breathed in.

"What is this exactly, its uh very good." I lied the last part.

"You know sweetie, it's your favorite, Young man thigh." The smiled the meat in her teeth, I looked to Alex who immediately dropped her fork and looked as though she was resisting the urge to vomit.

"It's Human meat?" I asked horrified, Momma smiled again.

"Of course, it is." She turned back down to her meal, I looked at the meat on my plate, visions flashing through my mind of all the ways they could have killed that man, all the ways that could have given that emptiness in his eyes.

"Why aren't you eating your dinner girls?" The Momma asked after a while of Alex and I staring at our plates in horror.

"Uh... we aren't hungry Momma." I said trying to fit in to this sick and twisted lie.

"Nonsense. You two haven't eaten for days you're just skin and bones, look at you. Now dig in, you need your nutrients." She stated, Alex and I both looked at our plates Alex started to cry, I didn't know how to react.

"Girls eat, or you won't be aloud dessert." The woman mused, if that man's thighs were dinner, I had no intention of wanting to eat dessert. We stared at the food longer until the old man snapped.

"EAT DAMMIT!" he yelled Alex started to sob, something boiled inside of me looking down at the meat that once belonged to a living person. I turned to see Alex crying and reaching to the plate, the boiling sensation grew, we weren't going to be Cannibals. I smacked her hand away, taking the fire I had inside of me and using it.

"WERE NOT EATING THIS SO GET THIS OUT OF YOUR STUPID SADISTIC MINDS!" I yelled getting up from my seat, I gave him my meanest stare down as the man jolted up in his seat, looking down at me with his towering height.

"YOU WILL EAT THIS DINNER!" He Demanded.

"I won't eat anything" I spat as he looked at me, rage filling his eyes, He got up and lumbered towards me, Alex began to sob harder, and at this moment I knew I was dead
