Bad Boy Next Door

Tori's POV:

It was a Saturday morning and I was cleaning my room and dancing around to Heartache on the Bigscreen by 5SoS while putting my clothes away.

I stopped dancing when I heard laughing from outside. I quickly pause my music and raise an eyebrow in confusion as I made my way towards my window.

I open it and look down and over to the right to see a bunch of guys from my school standing in the driveway of the house next to me.

I rest my elbow on the windowsill as I look out at them. I don't remember one of them living next door to me so I was quite confused as to why they were all here.

Until I saw him. He had dirty blond hair, dark brown eyes, and a baby face. He was cute I have to admit.

He was wearing a black tank top with a pair of khaki shorts and sunglasses. He was very muscular, I could see his veins on his arms from my room, and I'm a sucker for arm veins.

I'm interrupted by my thoughts as I hear someone yell out to me, "Hey!" I look down at the attractive boy below.

Fuck what do I do? Do I wave? Do I say hi? "Umm hey" I stutter and I mentally roll my eyes at my nervousness. He gives me an adorable smile, "What's your name?"

Why is he talking to me right now? Doesn't he realize I resemble a foot? "Um Tori?" I say more as a question and I mentally smack myself.

"Matthew, Matthew Espinosa, but you can call me Matt." I roll my eyes at him while letting out a small laugh.

"So are you the one who just moved in next door?" I ask with a small smile on my lips as I connect the dots as to why all those guys are here. How does he already know them though if he just moved in?

He gives me a smirk, "Yea, I guess you'll be seeing more of me babe, maybe we can get to know each other better if you know what I mean." He says with a wink.

My smile is immediately wiped off my face as I stare down at Matt. I don't even bother to reply as I stand up straight and shut my window.

I vow to stay away from Matthew Espinosa. He is nothing but trouble.

"Tori!" I hear my mom yell from the kitchen and I groan lightly. "What!" I yell back as I flop down onto my bed. She doesn't answer and I cry out in frustration as I roll off my bed and head downstairs to see what she wants.

"Go set the table." She says as she sees me turn into the kitchen.

"What, why?" I ask as I take a seat at the island. She glares at me and I immediately stand up from my spot and grab some plates.

"The new neighbors are coming over for dinner! She has a son your age and don't even think about trying it." My mom says glaring at me once again.

I roll my eyes at her, "Yea, because I'm that kind of person mom thank you." I say sarcastically.

"Sorry what was that?" She asks with anger in her voice as she looks at me.

"Nothing, forget it." I say as I head over to the dinning room. When I finish setting the table I go into the living room and take a seat on the couch next to my brother.

He is watching some movie while eating a bag of chips. "Can I have one?" I ask and he just ignores me.

"Fine, fatass be that way." I say quietly to myself. I get up from the couch and go to make my way back to my room but my mother stops me.

"Seriously Tori? You didn't even set the table the right way, the knives and forks are in the wrong spot!" She says.

I roll my eyes, "Does it really matter where they go?" I ask and she lets out a frustrated sigh.

"Yes! Now go fix them." She says before heading back into the kitchen. I groan lightly before making my way back into the dining room to fix the fucking forks and knives.

I grit my teeth as I think about how bitchy my mother is. Why is it such a big deal?

After I finish fixing the silverware I am finally able to make it back up to my room. I flop down on my bed and close my eyes before letting out a frustrated groan.

It's gonna be a long day for me.
