"Kimoria, Shinsuke, can we please rest?" Sera begged from behind us. Shinsuke and I looked at each other and I nodded once to him, then we came to a stop and turned to Sera, "I don't think we should rest yet. We may get attacked." Shinsuke said and Sera looked at him, "But Shinsuke, the sun went down three hours ago and we have been running none stop all day. Besides, You are still injured from that attack earlier. We need to eat and get some sleep." She said and Shinsuke shook his head, "Sera, I know you mean well, but the exam began three days ago. We only have two days left to get a Heaven Scroll if we want to win. We need every second we get. Uuhh!" He grunted in pain as he held his stomach. Sera glared at him, "Shinsuke, let Kimoria heal you." She said and he smiled, "No thanks. I'll be fine and we need to find a Heaven Scroll." He said, looking around. I sighed, "Shinsuke, Sera has a point. Let's rest and let me heal you. If someone comes near us, Sera will be able to sense them." I said and he sighed, holding his hands up in surrender, "Okay okay, fine. The girls win. We will rest." He said and I smiled,  then we found a safe spot and set up camp. Once everything was set up, Sera made Shinsuke laid down and I began healing him. I only knew the basics, enough to save a life but I wasn't much of a medic. Once he was healed, I stood up, "I'll go find some berries to pick so we can eat. Sera, stay by Shinsuke and keep an eye on him." I said and a slight blush rose in her cheeks. I noticed and giggled before motioning for her to follow. Once we were out of Shinsuke's hearing, I gently nudged her, "You like Shinsuke, don't you, Sera?" I asked and she blushed so bad, her whole face was red. I giggled again, "Why don't you tell him how you feel? I think-no, I KNOW he likes you." I said and she gasped and grinned, "You-you really think so, Kimoria?" She asked and I nodded, "Sera, I'm his cousin and you know how close we are, yes I'm sure he does." I said and she giggled again. I grinned at her, "You should tell him." I said and she gasped again, "Are-are you sure?" She asked and I nodded, "Yes, I am sure. I'm gonna go get some berries. Talk to him, Sera." I said and she nodded, "Right, Kimoria." She said and went back to his side. I smiled again and ran off through the trees to find some food. I searched for two hours, before I finally found some and began picking them. As I was about to go, I head a voice, "There's one of the Rockie 12. Hey, Rookie," I turned around and saw some Hidden Waterfall genin drop down from the trees, grinning like crazy people. They were about three years older then me, and they were waving a Heaven Scroll around, which caught my eye. The leader chuckled, "So, you do have an Earth Scroll. We will be taking it from you now." He sneered and I glared, "Oh no you won't!" I exclaimed, and activated my Sharingan. I weaved signs, "Earth Style: Rock Thorn Bed Jutsu!" I shouted, put both palms onto the ground. The leader of the genin weaved signs, "Water Style: Water Wall!" He shouted and covered home self in a shield. 6 inch spikes rose out of the ground sticking straight up and into the other two the Waterfall genin. The leader smirked and weaved more signs, "Water Style: Storm Upheaval!" He shouted and I gasped and jumped into the trees, just barely missing the atrack. I grounded my teeth together and weaved the signs for my favorite Earth Style Jutsu, "Earth Style: Earth Dragon Blast!" I shouted and the dragon head hit them hard. The leader weaved more signs, "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!" He shouted and I weaved signs, "Earth Style: Mud Wall!" I shouted and protected myself. I jumped to another tree and weaved more signs, "Earth Style: Stone Shuriken!" I shouted and threw Shuikens made of stone at them. I didn't notice one of the genin missing until the last second when he appeared behind me, "Water Style: Water Chains!" He shouted and I was trapped. They laughed, "We have you now, Leaf ninja." The leader said and suddenly, sand attacked them, knocking them away. I looked up and saw the Sand genin, Gaara. He stood glaring at them and they smirked, "We will take you out to, squirt." The leader said, but Gaara never blinked. He just glared at them, "Leave her alone." He snapped and disappeared into sand, before appearing in front of me. He looked at me over his shoulder, "Kimoria, are you okay?" He asked and I nodded, "I am." I said and he turned to the Waterfall genin, "Quicksand Waterfall." He said, causing the sand to send the boys flying away. He held his hand up, "Sand Coffin." He said and trapped the three boys then crushed his hand into a fist, "Sand Burial." He said and crushed the genin. As the Sand fell away, revealing the crushed bodies, a Heaven Scroll rolled away and into my foot. I picked it up and looked at Gaara and smiled, "Wow Gaara, you're amazing!" I said excitedly and he looked at me stunned, "You aren't scared of me?" He asked and I shook her head, "Not in the least bit." I said and he slightly blushed. We looked at each other for a moment, then his brother and sister appeared, "There you are, Gaara. We were looking for you. Come on let's go." His sister said and they looked at me, "What's going on here?" She asked and Gaara turned away and walked up by them, "Nothing. Let's go." He said and I held my hand out to him, "Wait! Gaara!" I called and he stopped and looked at me over his shoulder, "Do you need something, Kimoria?" He asked and I walked up to him, "Why did you save me!" I asked and he shrugged, "I don't know." He said and I smiled at him then, gave him a hug. He froze and his siblings gasped, "Thank you, Gaara." I said and pulled away, "No matter what anyone says, I think you are the coolest and strongest genin I've ever met. I hope to see you around more, Gaara." I said and felt heat rise in my cheeks. For the first time since I met him, I saw a small smile appear on his face then I turned away, grabbed my berries, and headed back to Sera and Shinsuke.
