Daisy can hear Logan arguing and yelling to his girlfriend and all of a sudden I hear from his furious tone "Can we still be friends?"
Can anyone ever truly be friends after they break up? You give a person your everything. In turn, they learn everything about you, every foolish fact. But suddenly they disappear. They aren't yours anymore and somehow you are supposed talk to them. There will be awkward pauses where the "I love you" is used to go. And the colourful conversations will become dull and painful. And even if a year pass, you can't talk normally because talking to them will remind you why you fell in love in the first place.
That's something we can't really choose it just happens at the end of the day.
