HEADACHE. PARCHED THROAT. SORE LIMBS. If these are not symptoms of death, then I don't know what is. I opened my eyes, propping my head with my hands and sat up. My stomach was behaving weirdly and I felt like cutting it open to free myself from the queasiness.
I dragged myself into the bathroom and peeled off my clothes while trying not to think about how I got in this present situation. It's better not to know about it. So after taking the much needed bath, my headache had reduced—though it still felt like a construction site in my head—and it was time to go food hunting.
Putting on one of many of Kyle's big shirts in my closet—they were stolen—and jean shorts, I tied my hair in a bun in the center of my head and went downstairs. In the kitchen, I found Kyle making some bagels. "Hey sis." he said.
"Hey yourself. What's there to be happy about this morning, when I'm about to die" I stole a bagel and wasted no time in sinking my teeth into it. Kyle might be a devil, but he sure has great culinary skills.
"Well, you brought it upon yourself. You don't remember how you got home, did you?" he asked as he slide a glass of orange juice to me.
I shook my head, all I could remember about last night was arriving at the party and drinking so much. "No I do—" the door opened and a shabby looking girl came in. Her hair was sticking out in different angles and I don't even need to get started on her clothes.
"Hey stranger. You look like you were dunked in white paint." Kyle greeted. The stranger laughed and sat beside me and helped herself with food.
"Good morning besties. How was your night?" Stranger says with stuffed mouth.
"Your clothes says you didn't sleep at home last night. Where were you?" I asked.
She giggled. "Remember that Troy's friend? The one at the party?" I had no idea who she was talking about but I nodded anyways, "Well guess who screwed him last night."
I scrunched my face, and Kyle looked like he was about to puke. I saw his Adam's apple bobble before he put on a ridiculous expression, "Ew, you stink. I can't stand this smell." he then ran upstairs.
Andrea sniffed her armpit, "Do I smell?" she asked.
I shake my head, "In my next life, I'll avoid the both of you at all cost." she shrugged and muffled something that sounds like 'you know you love us' amist chewing. "But seriously Drea, I'm having a bad feeling about something"
"Hmm. What is it?"
"It's as if I've done something wrong. Like something very wrong and I'm feeling these twists in my stomach, the feelings I get whenever I intentionally cause constipation and running stomach for Kyle and I'm feeling guilty that he might die from shitting his intestines out. "I worried my lower lip.
"Wow. Sometimes I wonder how Kyle is still alive from having such a sister." she said, blatantly ignoring all I just said.
"Thanks very much for your concern." I replied sarcastically and excused myself. "Make sure you visit the bathroom before leaving, we wouldn't want you polluting the air for innocent people now, would we?!" I tossed over my shoulder and instantly got a 'fuck you bitch' tossed back.
