"You're here. You're here." Sam sniffles as tears fell down his face. "Sam babe what happened to you?" Kai whispered wiping blood off the boy's face. "I don't know, I don't know." Sam whispered swallowing hard. Kai smiled softly leaning close to Sam. "That is quiet enough you useless heretic." Niklaus cut in shoving Kai away from Sam. "Nik-" "Useless heretic beats washed up hybrid." Kai smirks at the original. "Malakai-" "Why don't we take this outside and find out?" "Niklaus enough." Elijah tried to cut in as well. "Why go outside when here we have an audience?" Kai smirked stepping up to Niklaus. Nik growled his eyes gold as he lunged at Kai. However Sam quickly jumped in front of him stopping Niklaus. "Don't." Sam whispered standing in front of Kai. "Don't touch him." Sam pleaded with Nik. The hybrid growled storming off. "Come on sweetheart, you have explaining to do." Kai smirked taking Sam's hand and dragging him off. "What the hell Elijah?" Elena exclaimed as Kai and Sam disappeared. "This is the only thing that would work Elena." Elijah rolled his eyes with a sigh. "You called Kai freaking Parker!" Bonnie glared angrily. "Trust me mate, I didn't want him to either." Klaus crossed his arms with a growl. "Stop being childish Niklaus." Elijah rolled his eyes. "Why the hell does Sam know him anyway?" Damon questioned. "Sam was in love with Kai long before he met Kol." Elijah spoke the truth as Niklaus glared like a child. "You mean to tell me this kid is a magnet for psychopaths?" Damon gritted his teeth. "Does he know Kai was-" "A heretic? Yes. A sociopath? Yes. But he still stayed with him." Niklaus cut Elena off, angry that the heretic was back in his Sammy's life. "So you're saying he is in love with you two, and Kai?" Bonnie questioned. "What? That's ridiculous." Elijah chuckled as Niklaus rolled his eyes. "What?" Elena and Damon questioned together. "Sammy knows we all love him, you don't think we want to share him for eternity do you?" Niklaus questioned. "So what? You wait around until he picks?" Bonnie furrowed her eyebrows at the two. "Seems so doesn't it Bonnie Bennett. Kai Parker is just another century added on to this twisted game." Niklaus rolled his eyes angrily storming out of the mansion. "Don't worry, Sam will handle Kai." Elijah reassure the Mystic Falls gang before following his brother.
