"Alright since they don't trust us on our own we had to take guards with us. Or else we would get mobbed." Luke explains to me before we get out of the car. I've always loved going to the fair. Especially at night. That's when a lot of the rides don't have mega long lines. Especially my favorite ride. The Kamakazi. Its aboslutely one of my favorites. I've been going on that ride since we were eleven.

The first thing we do is try and win some prizes. First was a basketball one. The guy absolutely was just all talk about how Luke couldn't throw a basketball. So, Luke paid the guy then started shooting hoops. He won a giant Jamaican banana. Next was a dart throwing game. "Come on missy. You can't throw you're just a girl." The clerk said. I scowled at him. I hate it whenever someone says I can't do something just because I'm a girl. Because Luke knows that about me, he handed me ten dollars so I could pay to play. To get a jumbo prize you had to pop seven balloons. I then won a jumbo teddy bear.

"Next time, don't underestimate a girl." I say with a smirk on my face then interwining my fingers with Luke's just before we leave the stand. "God what an asshole."

"Hey, don't swear in public." Luke says nudging me.

"Sorry, just, you know how I get when people say I can't do something because I'm a girl. You figured that out when we were little."

*flashback*

"Claire, lets go to the park! I'll see if Luke and his mom want to go."  My mom says grabbing her phone. I'm sitting in my room playing with my legos. I build a castle and a few towers then get my shoes on. I'm the typical seven year old girl who wears dresses twenty four seven. I'm actually wearing a pair of capris and a t-shirt with the batman symbol. I'm a huge Batman fan. "Claire, lets go. Daddy's going to take Monica, you, Josh, and me off at the park." my mom explains as I run out to the van.

"Mommy ice cream!"  Monica points out before my mom puts her in her car seat.

"There's going to be more ice cream trucks at the park I promise." My mom says getting in the car.

"Why are you so stressed about getting there at a certain time?" my dad asks my mom.

"I don't know, Isaac. I'm always like this whenever I leave the house. The ride to the park was quiet. Only Monica was playing with her dollies and Josh was playing his video games on his game boy with the volume blasting. I stared out the window. Looking at leaves fall. Kids and their families play frisbee in their front yards. Every household we passed was nothing like ours. We finally arrived to the park. Luke was dressed like he was going to play football or something.

"Luke!" I run over to him with open arms.

"Claire!" he yells doing the same. "I brought Calum, Michael, Ash, Jack, and Ben with me. We're going to play football." he explains.

"Can I play too?" I ask.

"No, you can't play." he says.

"Why not?"

"Because you're just a little girl." he says. His words stinging. Making my eye twitch. My mouth is wide open in disgust. I absolutely hate it when people say I can't do things just because I'm a girl.

"Listen Luke and you listen good. I don't care if I'm a girl or not. I will do what I want. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I'm hopeless and can't do anything. Being a girl means I'm strong enough to do things on my own." I say a bit more harsh than I intended.

"Luke, just let her play. I don't want an angry little sister later." Josh explains.

"Fine, lets play." Luke says as we form teams.*out of flashback*

"Boy were you mad at me when I said that." Luke says as we continue walking.

"Yeah, so what do you want to do now?" I ask.

"How about we ride some rides?" he suggests as I agree. The first ride my favorite, Kamakazi. It was fun as usual. Next we rode the ring of fire. We got the seats in the front so it was a lot more fun than any other seat other than the back. Next we rode the drop zone. It literally feels like your stomach is going up your throat. Next we got food. Of course Luke didn't allow me to pay for myself. I got a soft pretzel with cheese sauce. Next we got one of those big buttons. We walked around the rest of the time with them attached to our jeans. We then find a vendor that sold quotes on canvises. We got a quote from my favorite book, The Fault In Our Stars. It read, "You gave me forever within the numbered days, and I'm grateful." That book made me cry now I want to scream.

When we got home, I put on one of Luke's shirts and a pair of shorts. I then placed my hair into a messy bun. We both started to cuddle as we watched Safe Haven. Its a great movie really. I fist saw it with Ashley.

"Promise me you won't be anything like that woman." Luke tells me when they show a scene where Erin a.k.a Katie stabbed her husband Tierney into the side of his stomach.

"As long as you turn out like Alex and not Tierney." I explain laughing a bit.

"Well, that would mean we would have to have a son first then a daughter. Then you would have to die after our daughter was born." Luke explains rolling on top of me.

"I meant how sweet he was." I say smaking Luke's chest with the back of my hand letting it linger a bit. For a moment he stares at my eyes. Looking back and forth between eyes. He starts opening his mouth in amazement. "What?"

"Your eyes, I never noticed how amazing they are." he says.

"Well your eyes are just as amazing if not better." I say before giving him a kiss on the lips. He then rolls off of me and pulls me closer to him by my waist. "Hey Luke, I gotta a secret to tell you."

"What is it?" he asks turning off the lamp and tv.

"I love you." I say faintly with a smile.

"I love you too." He replies pecking my cheek just before I fall asleep. Nothing could've made this night any better.

I wake up the next morning just like before. Luke's arm wrapped around my waist, practically making me trapped. Where's Harry Irwin when I need him. Just like yesterday I decide not to fight his grip. Instead I lay there staring out the window. I then grab my phone and check twitter. A few hate posts but the rest were all good. One really sweet post from @Laireforever_180 read "Got to meet the lovely couple and Luke's niece and nephews. So glad I went to the arcad; @luke5sos @wafflelover." it must've been that fan. She was a real sweet heart. Another post from Ash read "Got to hangout with the entire gang yesterday. Took this selfie before we all went home; @Michael5sos @calum5sos @malikoa @harryirwin3 @laurenirwin @wafflebae17 @luke5sos @wafflelover." Next was instagram. Haven't been on there in over a year. five thousand more followers and tons of likes and comments and direct messeges. I then take a selfie of Luke snuggled into the crook of my neck. The text reads, "My bae, love him so much so glad I get to wake up like this every morning." He will be glad to wake up to that.

After about an hour of chacking my social medias, Luke finally wakes up. "Well, someone is wide awake." he says.

"Yep, been up for over an hour. Check your social medias." I explain as he grabs his phone.
