Tumbling is personally one of my favorite parts of cheer. I have been tumbling for about 6 years now and i absolutely love it. Tumbling is a very important part id cheer especially all star cheer not as much rec.

Now on to some tips

•keep your muscles tight

•have no fear

•be daring

•at anytime be ready to try another skill

•the floor is not your friend don't go to it push off of it

•have high rebounds

•trust your coach

Tumbling is way way easier when you get rid if fear. If you can get over the fear of like face-planting and getting a bruise on your beautiful face then you do much better. Just remember bot to think about face-planting think about finishing through your pass. If you get scared in the middle of your tumbling pass you tend to fall so just keep going. You NEED to have good tumbling to get on an all star team.
