Hey hey hey i am back this time to talk about how to be a base. I am a base also so i know what its like to get kicked in the head hard enough ti leave a mark and have to keep going. In order to be a base you have to be prepared to continue the stunt no matter what if you break your ankle at a competition you need to keep going. Once right before a cheer season started i got tendonitis in my ankle and had to wear a boot for 5 months but when competitions came i took off my boot so i could tumble jump and stunt. Tendonitis is when you over use a tendon in your body so much that its at risk of breaking. Now for some info.

Info:

•hands flat together as much as possible

•fight for your stunts

•make sure you are on the same page as your other base

•its easier ti do stunts when you are on good terms with your other base so try to be understanding and make friends

•never blame the fall of the stunt on the other base you are a team if its the other bases fault its yours too

Now for a quote

Quote:

I support the weight of many. For I am the BASE of the stunt. My flyer puts her trust in my hands, so that I may propel her toward the sky. I toss, extend, twist and pop her. Most importantly... I CATCH HER. They call me BASE. What do they call you? By cheer-quotes.com

Well baseing is really complicated so let your coach teach you the rest. Anyways thanks to anyone who is reading this you have no idea how much it means to me. Just seeing the number of people who have read it go up makes my day. Anyways my point is thank you.

You already know what i end each chapter with. If you have any questions comment here. I will answer them next chapter.
