Two days had passed, and Andrew groaned as he woke up slowly from his sleep, it was a scorching 105 degrees outside and he was sweating from the heat that came from outside and worse, the A/C broke, heating up the house like a desert.

"Ugh, why did it have to be so hot today?! And my air conditioning broke, it feels like i'm walking through a desert." Andrew complained, he went to the bathroom and took a cold shower, then he slipped on a tank top and cargo shorts and headed to the kitchen to drink some fruit juice and was fanning himself then his phone rang and he answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Andrew." It was Christi.

"What's up, Christi."

"Marc and i are sweating like pigs, even Clara is sweating as well."

"Me too. My Air Conditioning broke and it's like we entered a desert, How's Chloe?"

"She's doing ok. Andrew, I spoke with the moms a few minutes ago and they've decided to have me drop the girls off at your house, maybe you could help them find a way to keep them entertained and cool."

"Sure thing, i love helping the girls out."

Christi arrived in a van, and also the girls were inside waiting to get out, as the van pulled in to the driveway, the girls got out and headed inside immediately as Christi left, Andrew walked to the door and then, he realized that the doors were locked.

"Hey, hey! Somebody open the door!" Andrew said as Chloe and Paige headed to the door.

"Who is it?" Chloe asked.

"You know who this is, Chlo! Open the door!" Andrew yelled, starting to get irritated.

"Who who?" Paige replied

"Open the door, Ding Dong! This is not funny anymore!" Andrew demanded, looking very irritated like Abby does when one of the girls mess up in rehearsals as he started to knock on the door harder.

"He's right. it isn't funny, IT'S HYSTERICAL!" Paige said as she and Chloe both laughed their heads off as they looked at him. Andrew mocked their laughter and then he ran to find another way to get back inside the coolness of his house from the hotness of the outdoors as he was still sweating because the heat was still scorching, thankfully he put on some sunscreen. But Maddie, Mackenzie, Nia and Brooke locked all of the doors and windows as they laughed.

"All right, the gloves are off!" Andrew declared, as he decided to head to the window that lead to the kitchen, at least that one wasn't closed and locked and as soon as he rose up to attempt to climb back in, he was doused with more water by Nia and Brooke, they had a water gun and used the nozzle for the sink.

"That look kinda suits you, Andrew. Looking like a drowned rat." Brooke chuckled.

"We love you, but we don't want any cold air to escape!" Nia stated as she closed the window and locked it.

Andrew decided that he was gonna figure out a way to get back inside the house one way or another as he then ran to the window of the living room and they were all just dancing as he continued to glare, wishing he was in there to chase them for locking him out of his house, then something popped in his mind as a grin hit his face, he had a spare key in the event that he got locked out as Brooke saw him grinning.

"Oh no, we forgot he has a spare key!" Brooke shouted, realizing that if Andrew got to the spare key before they did, it could spell trouble for them as they all ran from the living room to the front door as Andrew was almost there. The girls sent Mackenzie out to get the key, she checked to see if Andrew was there, but the coast was clear, or so it seemed.

"Gotcha!" Andrew yelled, coming from out of nowhere and grabbing Mackenzie with a gleeful look on his face which shows that he think he finally won. "You girls thought you could outsmart me but i'm smarter!"

"Mackenzie, the key!" Maddie shouted.

"NOOOOOOO!" Andrew whined in anguish with widened eyes as Mackenzie tossed her older sister the spare key he had hidden under the welcome mat of the front door and Maddie caught the key and locked the door.

"We have to go back out and get Kenzie!" Paige exclaimed.

"Face it, Paigey Mack. She'd rather hang out with him in my opinion." Maddie stated as they left the living room.

"Do you think we'll survive this heat? because it's making me sweat bullets." Mackenzie admitted to the young man she considered as an older brother.

"We need to figure out a way to get back inside the h--"

Andrew stopped himself as they both saw the door slightly opening, this gave Andrew a huge chance to get back inside of his house after being outside for a long time in that heat wave, he and Mackenzie got up from the chair and headed to the door, Mackenzie decided to watch as Andrew opened the door, then Nia and Brooke all threw water balloons at him and closed the door and locked him out again.

"Oh, it's on now!" Andrew yelled. "Kenzie, i've got an idea." Then he whispered in Mackenzie's ear what he had planned as revenge for the girls locking him out, then after he tells her, she runs to the front door and rings the doorbell.

"Girls, come quick! Andrew's hurt!" Mackenzie called after she rang the doorbell.

"Oh, please! He's just making you say that, Kenz!" Maddie replied from behind the door, knowing that this might be one of Andrew's tricks.

"Nope, i'm serious. He fell down and hurt his shin!" The door opened as the girls all came outside with water balloons to see if it was a trick or if it was for real and then from out of nowhere, Andrew popped up with a garden hose.

"Surprise, you fell for it!" Andrew shouted as he sprayed the girls with hose and he began laughing, Chloe threw a water balloon in his direction but she missed as he ducked water balloons left and right

"HEY!" A booming voice yelled, the voice belonged to none other than Abby, who had just arrived and she was sweating from the heat wave as well. "What's going on here?"

"Beating the heat wave and the air conditioning wasn't working either." Andrew explained to his mother and then he had a evil grin on his face as he looked at the girls, they all had the same grins on their faces

"I know what you all are thinking, if any of you spray me with that hose or throw a water balloon at me..." Abby warned strictly.

An sinister grin was on Andrew's face as he looked at the girls and still held the hose. "Girls, i think we need to cool mom down so let's help her out!"

Then the girls all threw the water balloons at Abby as Andrew sprayed the hose in her direction as she started yelling, then Abby snatched the hose and sprayed her son as revenge and then she sprayed the girls as Chloe handed Andrew a water balloon and threw it at his mother, which hit her point blank range in the face.

"Oh, That's it!" Abby shouted as she started to run after them like crazy and they all tried to avoid being caught. Mackenzie wasn't quick enough as Abby grabbed her, then Andrew aimed the hose at Abby and the other girls had their water balloons to throw at her as the dance teacher was holding Mackenzie upside down with that mean look on her face. "Here's a deal, if you put down the water balloons and hose, then i'll give Mackenzie back."

The girls and Andrew all looked at each other, they slowly put down the hose and water balloons down. Satisfied that they gave in to the deal, Abby put Mackenzie down and then the younger Ziegler ran back to Andrew and the girls.

"Are you ok, Kenzie?"

"Yes, i'm ok, Andrew." Then they noticed that Abby's mean look changed into an evil smirk.

"Uh, mom?"

Abby pulled out some water balloons and was ready to throw one of them, that made everyone's eyes go wider than saucers.

"OH, NO! MISS ABBY'S GOT AN ARSENAL OF WATER BALLOONS! RUN!" Chloe yelled as the girls and Andrew all ran from Abby, who started to chase them with water balloons through the whole day.
