Chapter 12 Caught

While I was eating lunch Kristina walked up to me and gave me a huge hug.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have gotten mad."

"It's ok, but I need to talk to you."

"Same here."

I wonder what she wanted to talk about.

"Want to talk in the hot tub in a few?"

I knew that jets weren't really good if I was pregnant, but I just needed to relax a little.

"Sure bikini or underwear?"

We both said underwear at the same time. Then we both jumped into the huge hot tub. When I came back up the words spilled out.

"Ok well I tried to kill myself by jumping out of the window because I thought you hated me, but Nathan pulled me back in and we uh had sex."

"Let me guess. No protection?"

"Yeah... So how about you?"

"I cut myself and then I made Joey go to a club with me. We got drunk and had sex. I think I might be pregnant and so I need to get a test."

"Ok I do too. When do you want to get them?"

"How about like 3 days?"

"If we are pregnant are you going to keep your baby?"

"I want to."

"Same."

"What do you think they will say?"

"I don't know."

"Ok want to swim?"

*After Swimming*

We went in and saw the time.

"Whoa we swam for a while."

"Yeah I guess. Hey mom where are the boys?"

"The beach."

"Oh want to go find them?"

"Sure are you ready to go back to the beach?"

When we got to the beach we saw the police take Sam away. I saw him throw me a look that said save me. After that I saw Joey and Nathan talking to the cops.

"Where is Ivy?"

"I'm here."

"Ok um did this man here try to kill you?"

"That's what I was told."

"Ok will you take me to your house so I can get your statement?"

The five of us walked back to the house. While we were Joey was staring at Kristina's stomach. Nathan had his arm around my waist.

"Ok so tell me what happened."

"Well I don't remeber a lot of what happened."

"Just tell me what you rember."

"I only met him the day before and he told me to meet him at the beach. He wanted to get into the water, but I didn't want to so he dragged me in. He pushed me in and I couldn't breathe. He held me down so I couldn't breath. Then I blacked out."

I was looking at Nathan the whole time and saw that he had his jaw clenched.

"Hmmm. This will help put him away and we have plenty of witnesses."

All I did was rest my head against Nathan's shoulder and looked straight ahead. There was only one thing I wanted to ask the cop.

"What did Sam do that made everyone think he tryed to kill me?"
