• Mackenzie's POV •

I felt this weird shaky feeling, so I woke up. There Hunter was shaking me.

"Kenzie! Wake up! We are landing!" He yelled so everyone heard him. "Ok and shhhhh!" I said hushing him.

I grabbed my phone and when we landed I held hunters hand and we walked off the plane together.

When we reached the baggage claim, we watched it turn a few times, then we saw our bags.

I reached for my bag and grabbed hunters for him.

I grabbed his hand and started walking towards the exit until I heard.

"Mackenzie! Over here!" I turned around and saw my aunt Sherry waving at Hunter and I.

She was smiling big and I'm not gonna lie.. It was kinda scary.
"Hi kiddos." She said hugging us as we approached her.

"Hey Aunt Sherry." I said letting go of my bags and Hunter's hand. "Hi." Hunter said hugging her.

"You guys are going to have so much fun here in Indiana." My aunt said smiling and starting I walk towards the exit.

I grabbed my bags and followed her, along with Hunter.

We got into the car, and oh yeah. My aunt is like rich.. So exciting. (Note sarcasm)

Also.. Cameron dallas is my cousin. Woohoo (again sarcasm)

We pulled up to this giant house that I immediately knew I am going to get lost.

My aunt shut off the car and hopped out. "Here we are!" I hopped out followed by Hunter and stared at the house.

Here goes nothing.

I walked up to the patio and looked back at my aunt. She made a gesture saying 'go in.'

I opened the door and saw a mess. Well.. This is different.

Hunter pried my hand off the door and walked in before me, then taking a seat.

I rolled my eyes and my aunt walked in, looking shocked.

"CAMERON ALEXANDER DALLAS!" She yelled. I couldn't help but giggle. I heard a door upstairs open and many footsteps.

"Yes lovely moth what do you want now I am-" he said from the railing upstairs then saw Hunter and I.

"You never told me we were having company!" He yelled disappearing.

I heard more footsteps and saw cameron and another boy running down the stairs.

"Honey, I've been telling you for weeks!" My aunt said looking at Cameron. Hunter and I couldn't help but laugh a little.

"Now, you show Mackenzie and Hunter their rooms while I clean up YOUR mess." She said emphasizing 'your.'

Cameron smiled and turned around, same with the other boy. Who was he? Why was he here?

"Oh yeah." Cameron said before turning to face Hunter and I.

"This is my friend, nash. He's from North Carolina but is visiting for a while." He said smiling and making a gesture towards nash with both his hands.

"Mackenzie." I said smiling. "And I'm Hunter." Hunter chimed in and stood up from the couch grabbing his luggage.

"So this is you're room Mackenzie." Cameron said opening a white door at the end of a hall.

It was huge! It had a queen sized bed, a full sized body mirror, a walk in closet, a dresser, TV and my own bathroom.

The best part, is it was painted a light purple, my favorite color.

"If you need anything, my room is at the opposite end of the hall." He said before exiting my room.

I sighed and started to put my clothes in the closet and into the dresser.

When I was finished, I decided to FaceTime Mara.

"Hey." Mara said as her face popped onto the screen. "Hey what's up." I said smiling. "Nothing.." She was silent then spoke again. "Just.. Missing you."

"I miss you too." I said growing and looking down. "But.. We can always FaceTime and I can maybe fly your out here!" I said looking up smiling.

The truth is, I wasn't ready to leave in such short notice. I didn't get to say an actual goodbye to anyone.

"True." She said smiling. "Do you have any cousins?" She said grinning.

"Yeah. Cameron. Oh yeah! And his friend I can't remember his name. I think it's Mash." I said with a confused look on my face.

"Mash? That's.. Unique." She said laughing. In the background I heard a knocking sound.

"Hold on." She said getting up and answering the door. It was her dad. "Is that snicker doodle?" He asked. Mara looked over at me on the bed.

"Yeah we are FaceTiming." She said laughing. "Well.. We are going to dinner so get ready." He said.

Mara shut the door and sighed. "I have to go." She said frowning. "But I'll text you later." She said smiling. "Alright, bye!" I said hanging up.

It is currently only 3:19 and I have nothing else to do.

Time to catch up on some more sleep I lost from staying up all night.

A/N- hey :) sorry I haven't updated in forever. Soooo I'm excited because.... I'm meeting Taylor, Dillon, Matt, and Aaron at Nashville August 6th! I'm so excited. My best friend invited me and we are driving about 9-10 hours. This should be fun.
