• Mackenzie's POV •

I feel like Katie was trying to push it. She kept saying how Taylor and I would make a great couple and how I changed his player ways. I rolled my eyes at everything she said. We stopped at many shops like Spencer's, Icing, Hot Topic, and many more. I was watching Taylor yell at someone he hooked up with I guess when I got a call.

I answered the call and heard laughing. "Hey Kenzieeee!" He said laughing. "Who's Hayes?" Katie asked smirking. She must have seen my contact name for him. I ignored her and responded. "Why is it so loud?" I asked curious. "Because, Cameron and Hunter were playing video games and beat the makers!" Hayes said excitedly. "So why did you call me?" I asked sitting down on a bench. "Oh yeah, so Cameron wants me to find you but I don't feel like it.. So where are you because I'm coming." He said and started to chuckle. I started giggling. "I'm at the Food Court." I said and then he hung up.

Right as I saw Hayes, I said my goodbyes to Taylor and Katie. "Bye." I said kissing Taylor's cheek. "Ok now that I found youuuu let's go find everyone else." Hayes said wrapping his arm around my shoulder. "Hayes?" I asked. "Yes?" He asked looking at me. "Watcha know 'bout me watcha watcha know." I asked laughing. "Is that the right lyrics?" I asked and Hayes couldn't stop laughing. "Probably not." He said and continued laughing. When we found the rest, we all walked out to the car. Yeah.. That one day they made me walk because there was not enough room. Yeah remember? There was more than enough room.

When we got home, I got a text from Taylor.

Sorry I can't do this in person because Katie was annoying. Sorry for that too. But Kenzie, will you be my girlfriend?

Oh my gosh! Yes yes yes! Ok. Act cool.

I walked downstairs and saw my aunt cooking. "Hey." I said smiling. "Hello sweetie. Did the boys take you to the mall? They told me they went." She said smiling. "Yeah, they took me." I said smiling back. "Need help with anything?" I asked her. "Actually, I need some things from the store if you would like to go out there. Take Hayes and Hunter." She said smiling. "Alright." I said slipping on my jacket and shoes. "Hayes! Hunter! We are going to the store!" I yelled out and heard footsteps. "Alright, let's go." Hunter said smiling.

When we got to the store, we hopped out. "Can we get kicked out?" Hunter asked. "No we can't get kicked out! We can later." I said sighing. I saw some girl giving me a weird look. "Are these your kids?" She asked laughing. I already hated her. She was fake and rude. "Yes. They are my kids." I said sarcastically. "Ok you're lying. That one-" she said pointing to Hayes. "-he doesn't even look like you. At all. And that means, you must have had sex when you were like 7 because you look too young." She said smirking. "Thank you captain obvious." I said and walked away. We got everything we needed, and I made the wrong choice to let Hunter and Hayes get candy. And let me tell you, they got a lot.
