finn's pov

today i have training .. which if i'm being honest , i'm pretty scared.
ms.brown wants millie to come and observe..now she's going to watch me fail. ugh she is going to think i'm a wimp.

our mansion is pretty huge we have a training gym on the 4th floor. i put on some gray nike joggers and no shirt.
i walk out of my room and millie is standing outside but tumbles on to me because she was about to knock.

her hands cling on to my chest and i'm supporting her with my hand on her back. "woah you okay there?" i ask standing her up straight. she looks at my bare chest and is still frozen. "like what you see?" i ask with a smirk. she hits my arm.

"they wanted me to tell you training starts now" she says with a smile. "kay thanks" i say shutting my door behind me and walking to the elevator. 5 seconds go by of pure awkwardness and the bell rings which means we reached the floor.

i see my trainer in my ginormous size of a gym. there are different mazes to go through. with different people in them. at the end there are bags of money .

that means you won. he hands me a gun. but i'm only supposed to shoot the targets in back. but they will beat me up if i fail which is just great. millie is standing there in some leggings and i'm pretty sure that's my sweater she found on the couch but i don't care.

go through the door in to my first test. i hide behind the wall and peak one eye out to see the target and the guy. in one millisecond i jump out and shoot the target almost hitting the guys face. he gives me an impressed face. "move along" he says pointing to the door to go to my next test.

so far i've passed all 3 tests, now my last one. they said the last one is the hardest one and barely anyone passes.
i enter the room and see targets everywhere the men are hiding in this one so i can't just shoot. i enter the room and i shoot one target immediately.

the guy backs off and nods his head. i walk slowly with my gun pointing up. i look to the right one time , and that was my mistake. i look to my left quickly after hearing a noise and i get tackled quickly with my head banging down in the floor.

he holds my neck down and i two the floor 3 times signaling him to let go. the lights flick on and i realized that i was only a couple steps away from the table with the bags of money. "shit!" i scream hitting the floor.

the guy shakes his head and reaches out his hand the help me up. "thanks dude" i say getting up and dusting off my hands. "no problem, but you gotta get your head in the game man. or you will end up like my father." he says looking away. "w-what happened to him?" i ask crossing my arms. "well , i'm not gonna lie . he was too cocky for this job. he thought he could get any guy.

but..he wasn't paying attention one time and got shot by an enemy." he says looking away. "oh wow..man i'm so sorry" i say putting my hand on his shoulder. "thanks..and also protect your lady over there. some get kidnapped. they either get murdered somewhere and sometimes even raped. keep her safe" he says with his eyebrows raised. i gulped and nodded.

i walk over to millie seeing her standing there on her phone typing away. once she sees me she smiles and turns off her phone.  "hey" is all i say with a smile. "hey- woah finn!" he says spinning me around. "your head! it's bleeding!" she says touching it.

"ah!" i say slowly removing her hand. "sorry. but come to my room . let me take care of that." she says pulling my hand upstairs. "no millie i'm fine- she cuts me off. "no buts finn lets go" she says giving me a glare.

i raise my hands in surrender which makes her chuckle. we reach her room which i remember from when she had her nightmare. i enter her bathroom and she taps the counter telling me to sit i obey and turn to the left so she can see my head.

"this may hurt a little so just a heads up." i nod and she puts a cotton ball with alcohol dabbing it slightly on my head. i flinch a little but i contain my emotions. let me get the bandages hold on" she says bending down and opening the cabinet where the bandages are.

"okay all done" she says with a smile. "uh thanks you didn't have to though , i'm pretty tough" i say with an approving smirk. "mhm sure wolfhard" she says tapping my head which makes me wince.

we both start laughing. i was hopping off and she was moving positions. we are face to face now , our lips centimeters away. i can feel her hot breath against my face. she starts leaning in but she stops and looks away. "i'm sorry-" i cut her off by my lips smashing into hers. this may be a shocker but .. i have had a tiny crush on millie. not a shocker? oh well now you know.

i back her up into the door and she wraps her arms around my neck bringing me closer. if that's even possible. i start kissing her cheek , then her jawline , then her neck.
"jump" i say not disconnecting the kiss. she obeys and wraps her small legs around my waist. i exit the bathroom and walk over to her bedroom door , shut it and lock it.
