She decided she couldn't stand it any longer. Just sitting there, staring out the window as her father's twin places the body bag in his car, started the engine, and walked back inside.
She hopped out of bed quickly and crept her way downstairs. Her mother's door was closed and Cheryl could hear light snoring coming from within the room. Her mother had always snored and so had her father, it used to keep her up at times.
She sighed a breath of relief and made her way downstairs. Claudius was rumbling around in the kitchen. She snuck past him and went outside.
"What do I do?" She asked herself quietly. She reached for the body bag and was about to open it when she heard the door to the house open. Claudius was coming outside again.
She made the quick decision to hop into the trunk of his truck next to the body bag. Claudius climbed inside the car and started the engine, and off they drive into the unsuspecting night.
