Dilemma (P.O.M Story)

How it all began...

Skipper's pov:

I just over heard Alice that a new animal is joining to our zoo and it's a penguin. "men, get up we have a new penguin to greet" I say to my sleeping comrades "a new penguin?" the smallest one, Private questioned "penguin!" Rico muttered and jumped out of bed "Skipper, we're greeting the new penguin at 3 in the morning..." Kowalski yawned getting out of bed. All of the animals in the zoo went to the gift shop where the new penguin will be "when is she arriving Skipper?" asked Private "soon, young Private, soon" I replied. All of the animals was talking when a box was placed in the gift shop "uh... Skipper I thought you said a penguin was coming?" Julien commented "she's in the box, Julien..." Kowalski corrected, The penguin came out "hello there" I greeted coming up to the penguin, the penguin grabbed me he scruff of the neck "why am I here?" the penguin questioned, I shrugged... I didn't know, the penguin then put me down.. "first, I'm happy at home now, I'm here..." the penguin muttered to herself "where am I?" she asked Kowalski "Central Park Zoo, in New York" Kowalski answered "okay... good where I was meant to be" she muttered "you moved here, and you're living with us, would you like us to show you where you're staying?" Private asked the penguin "sure" the penguin answered.

Rose's pov:

Well I guess I was to harsh on the penguin I grabbed "sorry, for grabbing you" I apologized "It's okay, you didn't know better" he smiled, I guess I have to trust them, after all I'm living with them, they know more about this place than I do. we arrived at what looked like a normal penguins home "right, Kowalski open the hatch" said the one I grabbed "okay, Skipper" Kowalski replied moving the fish bowl. I jumped in not knowing what it was.. but it doesn't really matter I like exploring "this is our HQ, we are basically secret agents... but we're not.." said Skipper, I just nodded looking around, "right, you should at least know our names before we go and check if everything is okay up top, I'm Kowalski" Kowalski began "I'm Rico" Rico muttered "I'm Private" the smallest one said "and I'm Skipper, I'm the leader" Skipper protested, I nodded "you don't talk much do you?" Private chuckled, I shook my head, I'm quite shy really... "okay, we'll be back in a couple of minutes, have a look around, get used to the place, but don't touch anything in my lab" Kowalski warned, I nodded again, so they left, I was sat there, alone. I decided to look around the place seeing as I didn't have anything else to do, I went looking in Kowalski's lab, "I think he's the master mind, in the group...I mean like, look at all these inventions..."I thought to myself. I went into the main room where the tv was and just stood in front of it, suddenly the tv switched on, it had a picture of a puffin "is this thing on?" the puffin asked in a Danish accent "uh... I can hear you and see you so yes it's on" I replied to the puffin "where's skippah and his comrades?" the puffin asked "they went somewhere and left me here... on my own" I said "oh... how mean of him... do you want me to keep you company?" asked the puffin "uh... okay" I replied not knowing what to say "meet me at the docks" the puffin said and the tv went off, I left the HQ and headed for the docks.
