Soul Friend
She was happy
In her own world
Thought people around loved her
Like she does to them
Until one day she realized
Everything was false
Her heart was shattered
In a million pieces
Her eyes shed
Pearls like tears
But she was strong enough
To fake a smile in front of others
She was alone
With her own self
And needed someone's love
As a reason to live
But when she looked around
No one was found
She hugged herself so closely
That it drew her closer to her soul
And she found a love
She was looking around
But was just within herself
Present in the form of her soul
