Heh, ummm hi guys... I'm (barely) alive... Exams are destroying me... Send help pls, I have like 3 brain cells left and everything takes a lot of brain power to do, so forgive me. Having writer's block doesn't do anything to help either.

(Y/N)'s Point Of View:-

"Look, I don't see what you're crying about. Working as a host, I can pay back more of my debt. It'll never happen if I'm just an errand boy." Luckily, Haruhi stopped the weird conversation that was happening. Thank God for that.

"Hate to change the subject, but do you have formal dancing experience? You'll need it at the party."

...Par-ty?

Aha!

Well, time to die!

No, but seriously, I absolutely despised parties, and personally, I think I had good reasons for that.

Firstly: I had absolutely no rhythm whatsoever - call that ironic, being a musician and all, but it was true - I couldn't avoid it.

Secondly: I had no co-ordination - aka being a klutz. Knowing myself, I could probably trip over my own feet - no, not even that, even worse - I could probably trip over thin air and embarrass myself by face-planting on the floor.

Thirdly: This wasn't just any party, oh no, it was an Ouran ball, hosted by none other than the Host Club - a bunch of lunatics who do everything over the top.

Fourthly: I had to host during the ball so that most likely meant I had to do all that gentlemanly stuff while dressed in a ridiculous suit of whatever theme they're going to choose. The one up side of all of this is that I didn't need to wear a fancy, stupid, puffy dress and put on a crazy amount of the devil's paint - makeup - that would make me look like a cake-faced clown.

Lastly, but definitely not least: There was going to be people! I would have to host! And socialise! And be nice to people! (I can't even remember the last time I did that to anyone other than Haruhi...) Why the hell would I have wanted to deal with that? Let me put it in simpler terms: There is one thing I hated more than socialising - because some people, believe it or not were ...ah, entertaining, that's the word, to talk to - and that is people.

So, to sum it all up, I really, REALLY wanted to stab something at that moment, maybe Tamaki or Kyoya or the Twins, to get my anger out on something. So I just internally screamed the entire time.

Oh, and this irrelevant conversation was going on between Haruhi and Tamaki. "Uh... no. But the party doesn't have anything to do with my quota, right? I'm not interested in going to events, so if I could be excused..." The one thing I noticed in Haruhi's tone is that she wanted to kill someone, too, which I related to.

"Definitely not. A refined gentleman must know how to dance. If you want to live the life of a host that badly, you're going to have to show us how far you're willing to go, Haruhi. I order you to master dancing the waltz in one week and you will demonstrate it for us at the party. Or I'll tell the entire school that you're a girl and knock you back down to an errand boy." Dang it, this month was going so well without me committing any murders, but right now Tamaki was pushing all the right buttons to get himself a knife in the gut from me.

****************************

It was another gay day at the Host Club. The sakura trees were dropping their petals inside the room (somehow) as Kanako Kasugazaki taught Haruhi how to waltz. Tamaki was sat in his emo corner depressed that he wasn't the one fawning over Haruhi, rather, it was a girl - which I'm PRETTY SURE was what the club was for so I didn't get why he was upset. Mori and Honey were dancing together in the background (for some odd reason) as I nervously awaited my turn to be taught how to dance - not that I would ever use that skill, anyway. Besides, I was almost certain that Kanako didn't want to part from Haruhi for even one second as a result of her 'disease', so it would be such a shame to separate them, dontcha think?
