I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown, school is horrible, people suck, and sorry for not updating that often. But anyway,

"Well, boss, you don't have to rush things," Hikaru broke in. "She's going to be found out soon enough."
"The physical exams are the day after tomorrow," Kaoru continued.
At their words, my face dropped. "Physical exams?" I heard Haruhi inquire, but I don't get why she was so confused, they're exactly what they are called - physical exams, physical checks.
"That's right..." Kyoya started. "I forgot all about that." As if it triggered some kind of subconscious reaction, Kyoya started scribbling in his notebook. Writing what, I don't know.
After it seemed like it clicked what the twins' words meant in Haruhi's head, she shrugged, not really caring. "Then I guess that means there's no doubt. They're gonna know I'm really a girl."

Second Person Point Of View:-
Haruhi's response triggered a variety of reactions from all the people present. Whatever they did or how they acted didn't matter to you, though, as you were overcome by the feeling of paranoia and anxiety.
You weren't completely against the idea of being revealed to be a girl, but there was a looming feeling inside you telling you it would be better to stay hidden. Then it hit you... Maybe, just maybe, it was because... you were afraid to lose this friendship, this connection, with the other hosts...
You were never very open or cheerful or cheerful as Haruhi was; you were also kind of picky with the people you hang out with and who you considered were your actual friends because it was hard for you to feel comfortable around others. But even though you hat- no, hated is not the right word... Even though sometimes the Host Club, ah, got on your nerves and you were often disappointed in their behaviour, you hadn't realised it, but you had subconsciously - almost involuntarily - opened up to them. After all, spending so much time with anyone meant it was inevitable that you get used to them, even if you tried - and believe me, you tried. (WHERE ARE MY HAMILTON FANS AT - I kinda tried to imitate what Jefferson says in 'Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story' but I don't know if anyone got it or not)
"(Y/N)?" The sound of someone calling your name pulled you out of your train of thoughts: the unmistakable voice of the youngest Ootori son.
However, he didn't say anything after you looked towards him. He simply waited (not so) patiently. You were a bit puzzled at why he had called out for you and then went silent.
"(Y/N)" Kyoya repeated, emphasizing the last syllable of your name while glaring at you directly in the eye. Then he leaned his head to the side as if telling you to look behind him.
"Yeah?" You asked. In the beginning, the other hosts didn't care what was happening, but now their eyes were darting back and forth before the two of you.
Kyoya let out a sigh and muttered something under his breath while looking down and shaking his head. Then he snapped his head back up again, a fake smile plastered on his face. "As I was saying, we have some other business to attend to, am I right, (Y/N)?"
"O-oh..." So he was talking about the 'tutoring' lesson. You had known that you had to start them quickly, but you didn't expect it to be this soon! "Oh, yeah, right, of course..." You trailed off as you saw the scene around you.
