As you walked into Bucks, you saw him cleaning up the place. There was a party last night and you didn't go. Last night you told Buck that you were hanging out with a friend and maybe going to the drive-in. Hanging out with your friend was true, but going to the drive-in was a lie. You were taking a test that would change your life.
You're pregnant. Your heart started beating really fast and would not stop, the only one who would have the power to calm it is Buck.
"Hey Buck" you greeted.
"Hey Y/N, how was the movie?" Buck asked.
"About that, we didn't go to the movies" you started "I was taking a test"
"What kid of test?" He asked.
"Pregnancy" you whispered.
"Are you?" Buck asked.
"Yes" you said looking at him "I took more than one, to be sure"
"Really?" he then asked smiling.
"Yeah" you smiled.
"Good thing I opened that bar downtown and last night was the last party here" Buck said.
"I'm glad you're happy" your y/e became glossy.
"Of course I am, I'm having a baby with you" Buck calmly told you tears coming into his own eyes.
For the first time since last night. Your heart finally stopped racing like one of Bucks race horses.
