Having a crush makes your heart beat like never before, it makes your heart race, your palms get sweaty. You'll be listening to the radio and a sing will be reminding you of them, their beautiful eyes that glow and twinkle like the night sky, the way their angelic voice sounds when they say your name making you feel like you're flying to cloud 9, their charming smile that makes your heart skip beats. Having a crush means you stay up late starting at the moon they too look at and wish you two could be together. When having a crush you tell your closest friend and they scream that they ship you.
This is how Harley felt every time she saw Sodapop Curtis, she can't help but get lost in his dark brown eyes, she can't help but wanting to kiss his lips whenever he smiles at her, her heart melts everytime he says her name. At the moment Harley was at the Curtis house watching Mickey Mouse with her friend Two-bit, Soda was playing poker with Steve at the table and laughing, causing Harley's gaze to fall on him.
"You're starring" Two-bit smirked.
"O-oh right" she stuttered
"Just ask him out" Two urged.
"Ya know I can't do that" Harley hissed.
"I bet he'll say 'yes'" her friend smirked.
"If your so sure. You ask him" Harley smirked back and then added "When I'm hiding in England"
"Ok" Two-bit said walking to Soda.
"I said when I'm hidding I England" Harley screamed running out of the house and hidding in the bathroom.
She heard the whole conversation, she blushed as she heard it go down. Harley's heart stopped when she heard a knock on the door and Soda's voice asking to come in. When he came in he sat next to her in the floor and kissed her cheek giving her his movie star smile.
"How about you and I get out of here and go to The Dingo?" Sodapop asked.
Sodapop held her hand as they walked out of the house, they were almost out of the drive way when they heard Two-bit scream:
"I told you so. When to get married and have kids, the first boy gets named after me"
