Mel's Pov 😔

"Baby I was thinking me and you should go on a trip." Says Marques

We were sitting down on the patio. Enjoying the beautiful Miami weather.

"A trip where?"

"Wherever you want. Just name a place and we can go." Says Marques

"What have you done?"

"Why do I have to do something to offer you a vacation. I just want to spend some alone time with my girlfriend. Without any interruptions. No nagging parents, no nosey friends, or work calls. Just you and me." Says Marques

"I guess that would be okay."

My phone started ringing.

Put my finger up telling Marques to hold on.

Phone Convo

Me: Hello?"

Lena:"Hey it's Lena."

Me:" Heyy what's up?"

Lena:" Girl you won't believe what I found out. I have some news that will change your life forever."

Me:" Your scaring me what are you talking about? Is it good or bad?"

Lena: "Lets just say your going to be pissed. Look I'd rather talk about this face to face. It's not something you tell someone over the phone. When are you free?"

Me: "Well I was in the middle of talking with Marques. But when I'm finished we can meet."

Lena:" Oh tell him I said hey. But anyway we should meet for lunch."

Me: Okay sounds good to me. Just give me like 20 minutes. We can meet at Olive Garden.

Leah: "Good because I'm starving. I haven't ate all day. Text me when your there.

Me: Okay see you then.

I hang up the phone and place it on the table.

"Who was that?" Asks M

"Just Lena she called me talking about she has to tell me something. It wasn't good news either. She's making me nervous."

"Just see what she has to say. Let me know what happens." Says M

"I'm going to meet her now. I just have to change. Oh yeah she told me to tell you hey."

"Tell her I said what's up." Says M

"I will. Let me go inside and change. We can finish this conversation later. I agree we do need a vacation. I just don't know where I want to go."

"Take your time." Says M

I get up and walk into the kitchen.

I walk upstairs and head towards my closet.

I decide on a black tank top and some black leather harem pants. I complete my outfit with my red bottoms.

My hair is still straight from yesterday. I unwrap my hair and put a part in the middle.

I grab my purse and put everything I need inside.

Once I have everything I go outside. I see M sitting at the table.

"I'm getting ready to go."

"You look good." Says M licking his lips.

He pulls me onto his lap.

"Thanks baby."

I grab his face and kiss him.
