***this is my first story after reading many stories I wanted to create one of my own. Please disregard any mistakes, and please bare with me.***
I walk into my sophomore year of high school. I agreed three weeks ago to meet Dj, tall, dark skin, Muscular, brown eyes, dreads with blonde in them, Dj my bestfriend whom I've had a crush on since like the third grade....but that's not the point. I agreed to meet him at the front doors, like the usual.
But, when I got here, nobody was here to meet me, and that's when I see him. No he wasn't waving at me, or even looking my way. His friends were.
"She's the girl you smashed Dj?!"
I hear levi, Captain of the basketball team say.My eyes widen in shock. He lied. When Ashley Martin looked in my window, he was just rubbing lotion on my back from the sunburn. Obviously he said we had sex. It is NOT true.
He looks at me and smirks. Dj Carter is not my bestfriend. He's a lying douche.
"Carson?! Why didn't you tell me?" Alexa yells at me.
Alexa, average height, a little chubby, not fat, but thick. She has hazel green eyes, pixie cut blonde hair, and pale white skin.
I turn around, tears welling up in my eyes, "it's not true Alexa."
She holds me tightly in her arms, "want to skip the first day?"
I laugh, "no, let's go. It's not like I loved being his friend anyway."
She scrunched her face, she knew I was hurt. But, that didn't stop me. It's not like I haven't lost someone before...
"Watch where the fuck you're going Brooks." Dj says.
Brooks? He's always called me car. It did hurt, but what I said hurt even worse. Especially with his buddies around.
"You're just pissed because when you made a move, I switched up on you. I told you, plain and simple, no." I smirked.
Dj and his friends didn't say anything, but Dj blushed.
Two can play this game.
