Sam's p.o.v.
I rode in the ambulance with colby and corey followed. We finally got there as colby was rushed into surgery i told the lady at the front desk as much information as i could.
And now we just sit and wait.
I don't know why I called corey he was just the first person who came to mind. And he also said he wouldn't be far from the house. Me and corey sat there in silence not knowing anything. I texted Kat's mom to let her know and she showed up a few minutes later with Kat. But his dad was no where to be seen.
She ran up to me and gave me a hug. Then i hugged Kat shortly after as corey greeted them.
"Where's Colby's dad?"
Kat gave her mom a sad look.
"We don't quite know....we kind of got in a huge fight about colby and how i think hes treating him so unfairly and we haven't seen him since...." I sighed. Great another problem he is going to have wh...if he wakes up...
She sat down i sat next to corey and Kat the both held my hand for support.
We texted the house in our group chat and told them not to worry about coming until he's awake. I have corey and kat and her mom. I don't want everyone just to sit and worry.
**hours past**
I fell asleep on Corey's shoulder. i woke up to Kat's mom bringing us food.
I ate a little but i wasn't hungry.
It was now 10:00 at night.
He's been in surgery for 5 hours.
We still havent heard from anyone about anything.
What if he doesn't wake up.
Then its your turn

Come on sam. what else are going to do sit around and sulk in sadness. this boy already caused you so much pain
NO DANM IT I LOVE HIM 
The voices stopped
I saw a women in a white gown and a guy in all black they almost where like ghosts
"He's stronger than colby he won't break as easily"
"We will see about that. "
"No im not letting you do this my son is dying and i won't let you take away sam to this has gone on long enough. we've have had the system for years.things have got to change"
the doctor came by and they disappear
"Uh who's hear for the colby Brock "
We all stood up.
"Who is is family only family can see him" that broke my heart.
"Uh sir he doesn't have any family this is close to family as well got"
"And who might you be ma'me"
"I'm colby's ex-step mom...long story and this is his ex-step sister. The blonde is his boyfriend and the other is his best friend"
When she said boyfriend he got a nasty look on his face.
Wow I've honestly have never had this happen before
"Uh let me talk to someone"
He left and came back
"You can come in"
Finally
"But let me just say you are very lucky we where able to save him. who was the one that made the call?" I raised my hand he rolled his eyes
"If you called any later we wouldn't have been able to save him. it was a close call"
My heart stopped
He's going to be OK.
"Now he is asleep still. But he should wake up in a hour or so"
Oh. my. god. He's awake.
He took us down the long hospital hallway. And took us to a hospital room.
I stood in front of the door flash backs to the prom incident played through my head
I walked in to see my boyfriends body limp. but he has his color back.
Again all i can think of is when i saw him last time im a hospital Bed.
My eyes water as I got closer. his chest rises up and down i sat next to him and slowly took his hand and kissed it. he had stitches from his arm all the way to his wrist.
I started crying corey came over to comfort me and gave me a hug. I cried quitely until I got up.
"I love you Colby please don't ever ever do that to me again..."
