As I landed on my balcony, frustration welled up inside me. "Why can't he just give me space and let me do what I want?" I grumbled to myself. I quickly grabbed the bucket of fish and headed over to my dragon to feed her.

As I lay on my bed, I couldn't help but think about the amazing Night Fury I saw today. Running into the dragon riders was surreal, but I can't tell my dad about it. He doesn't seem to care anyway.
As night fell, everyone retired to bed. I completed my usual routine and rode on Spitfire to set the dragons free. After completing the task, I returned Spitfire to her stable before retiring to bed myself.
The next day I went back to the edge to help them, I packed water and food before leaving and heading to the edge, I left early so my dad would not know I left.

As I arrived on the island, I patiently waited for a familiar deadly nadder and its rider to land. "What brings you here?" the rider asked me. "I come in peace. I need to speak with Hiccup about my father's next move," I replied, raising my hands as a sign of surrender.

"Okay, but if you try anything - and I mean anything - I will personally take care of you myself. Now, follow me," she warned. "Alright," I replied, grabbing my dragon and following her lead. After landing, she instructed me to wait while she quickly ran into a nearby hut.
