"Come on, girl, let's go for a fly," I said to Spitfire as I hopped on and flew to my dad's tent, only to find him gone.
" Where is my dad, "I asked one of the hunters" he left," they said, giving me the 'i hate you look.' "Okay, tell him I went for a fly," I said as Spitfire entered the air.
After flying for a few hours, I noticed that my Spitfire dragon was exhausted, so we decided to land on an island with a beautiful beach.
It was already dark, so I told Spitfire we would rest until morning. I sent a message to my dad using a scroll, and while writing, I noticed a terror nearby.
I handed the message to the dragon and snuggled next to Spitfire, eventually falling asleep. I woke up to the sound of people walking towards us, and I could hear their dragons with them too. I quickly woke up Spitfire" Come on, girl we gotta go," I told her as she woke up; I got on her, and she flew up; I put my cloak made out of changewing skin when Spitfire shredded it on, and Spitfire went invisible, so we would not be spotted.
