Snotlout voiced his concerns about me, whether or not he could trust me or not, "should we really be listening to a daughter of a dragon hunter, she could be leading us into a trap," He grumbled, in an unhappy tone.
"I could be, how would you know?" I asked, messing with him, he stumbled back. "See, she's up to something," tuffnut said, chiming in to the conversation.
"Well, I trust her, she could've let us get caught, instead she sends a warning shot. Thank to that we didn't get caught, even if she did accidentally shoot stormfly," she said, warming up to me. Kind of wished she left the last part out though; I like to forget that part.
The feeling of being stared down, "Snotlout, if you don't stop death staring me, I'm going to show you something my uncle Ryker taught me. Don't forget that I did grow up around dragon hunters, I'm not afraid to give an idiotic Viking a good beating" I threated him, causing him plus tuffnut and Ruffnut to step back away from.
"Yeah, I can get used to having her around, especially if she scares the crap out of Snotlout and the twins," Astrid said, laughing. What did she mean by having me around? Are they okay with having me stay or something. I mean as far as they are aware I'm the daughter of the dragon hunter Viggo, that's all.
"Take a look at this," I said, pointing to the map, catching there attention. "What does the x's and o's mean?" Fishlegs asked, curious.
"Glad you asked, the X's mark where dragons have been seen, while the O's mark where there are possibly other dragon lenses," I explained, pointing to each location.
"Are you certain this isn't a trap," Ruffnut said, standing awfully close to me. Could he be any closer than he already is.
"No, I can't guarantee that my father hasn't already figured out what I stolen, or that I'm helping you guys out. There's a thing called personal space, backup" I responded, slightly annoyed flicking his forehead.
"Don't worry you'll get used to them," Astrid said, as Ruffnut helped her brother up. What did she mean? It's not like I'll be sticking around.
"I'm glad I was some help, you guys wouldn't mind If I crash on your island tonight, would you?" I asked, with some hope I can, I'm not in the mood to argue with my father, again.
"Not a problem, although something tells me you don't want to go back," Hiccup said, I mean he was correct, but I wouldn't know anywhere else to go, no other family but an uncle I have idea who he is or anything about him. I know where he lives, that's pretty much it.
"Your correct, the problem is I don't have anywhere to go, my mom passed away when I was 6 due to an illness," I said, the room going silent for a moment.
"Why not stay here, you are a big help, it's your choice though," Hiccup offered. Should I? It would be nice, honestly, "NO," screamed Snotlout and the twins, they clearly weren't so keen on the idea of me staying here, "she can stay with me, I could use some company. she's pretty cool," Astrid said, smiling I agreed.
