Time flies when you're having fun, like how people say. Jimin and Jungkook couldn't agree more. It was just like yesterday when they first met on a business banquet, both from the opposing sides of the industry, and now who would've known they'd be the greatest friends, even best of friends is an understatement to their relationship.
They've treated each other like brothers, having a bond even better than those who are siblings by blood. Unexpected friendships are the best ones, like how they say. Jimin and Jungkook's relationship is definitely a proof in existence to that. They were joined at the hip ever since. They were inseparable.
Throughout the school year, they've always been of support to each other. At every contest, every game Jimin gets involved on to, Jungkook's always there to support him no matter what, even if he had classes. Same way as it goes, Jimin's always there for Jungkook, even introduced him to some of his friends and acquaintances in the university, making Jungkook's life at the campus easier. Slowly, he guided the young man to be sociable enough in the crowd.
He always cheers for Jungkook as well, whenever Jungkook joins some art or painting contests. He even got Jimin in on their school publication, bragging to the editors that Jungkook had the skills qualified for a cartoonist position, and of course, knowing that it wasn't a bluff, Jungkook got the position in an instant. It was a no joke, the school publication is a prestigious part of the university. They don't just accept members at prompt, and Jimin kept on insisting Jungkook had that great potential that's why he got in immediately, but Jungkook knew he couldn't have done it without Jimin.
After all the things Jimin had done for Jungkook, all those simple things no one had ever done for him before, he'd be lying if he says no attraction had grown within him for Jimin. He couldn't understand the feeling. How just by the sight of Jimin already completes his day, those bright smiles and gazes of him that makes Jungkook's heart palpitate. It always gets him bewildered.
As much as he's so used of the closeness within them, there's this weird feeling that always ignites inside of him whenever he's with Jimin. He surely likes his hyung, but doesn't know to where do such fondness bounds.
"Jungkook! Jimin's waiting for you in the dance studio," The man whom he just passed by as he gaits his way toward the studio where Jimin's always at every Thursday, when his class ends for practice in their dance troupe. Jungkook smiled at the man, Shawn's the name.
"Okay. I'm heading there, actually." He responded.
"You sure you don't have any plans of joining the troupe?" Shawn asked. He chuckled and shook his head.
"Nope, you know I fear the thought of stages." He couldn't believe all these were coming from him, knowing that he's been through so much speech in his entire life, standing at the stage, in front of numerous crowds.
"Well, you were once distant to everyone and look at how Jimin slowly changed you. Can't wait for him to encourage you to face such stage fright." Shawn teased him and after having a small talk, they soon parted ways to go to where they were heading to.
Jungkook couldn't help but smile. Some people were really suspicious of him and Jimin, like they were a thing. How they support each other, their bond, everything speaks so much of a beautiful and perfect couple, others say. But the both just shrugged those rumors off. They didn't really care. Well maybe Jungkook did a little.
"Jimin-ah!" Jungkook exclaimed the moment he entered the studio. Good thing Jimin was alone, in the middle of immersing himself with the music that was playing, moving his body in accord to the rhythm.
