Layla is an 18 year old that was left to fend for herself after her parents died in a car accident several months after her 18th birthday. Luckily for her, she had her best friend Blake to fall back on who she now lives with.
Layla worked in the local Starbucks but ended up quitting because she felt like she could do more. She is currently looking for a job and happens to end up working as Nikitas personal assistant, assigned by Nikitas best friend, Tamara.
After crossing paths with Nikita on several occasions before the assigning of the job and developing a mutual dislike for each other, Layla tries to tolerate Nikita as she really needed the job.
Layla is obsessed with all things mermaids and pastel.
I see her as Lea Elui.. but you can picture whoever you want :))
NIKITA BURNS:

Nikita Burns is the 29 year old CEO of Burn Inc. and now also Layla's boss. Although Nikita isn't very fond of Layla she does know an attractive woman and Layla was just that.
Nikita has her best friend, Tamara, who works for her. She's not allowed to be her personal assistant because if you put those two in an office together they could spend 10 hours in the room and end up not doing any work as they were busy gossiping and Tamara does not find the job satisfying.
Nikita loves beaches and roses.
I picture her as Gigi Hadid.. but again you can picture whoever you think best suits.
TAMARA DAVIDSON:

Tamara is the best friend of Nikita and her wing woman. She's one of the few people that really know and understand Nikita because they've been through everything together.
Tamara loves everything that has to do with astronomy, stars, constellations and star signs.

Blake is the best friend of Layla. They have been best friends basically since they were born and have been inseparable since kindergarten.
Blake is obsessed with anything colourful of shiny. She loves dying her hair different colors.
~~•~~ So that's basically it for the main characters. There are Obviously more than four characters but they're not as important and you will learn about them as the story goes on.
After this it's the More in depth summary and then I start on the actual story. The summary might take a while because I really want to think this through before writing it down. A few things about the characters might change during the process of the summary and also some of the stuff in the current summary of the book but the appearances of the characters would not change a lot.
