Radar, Jesse, and Lukas were sitting at a table having a meeting for Beacontown. They were trying to solve the issue of space. It was great that their population was booming, but it was a little too many people to cram in the space they had. Champion City (AKA: Stella) was refusing to let them come any closer to their city.

"You could spread outward towards my house." Lukas suggested.

"But you went there so that you'd have some room for your horse and quiet so you could write your stories." Jesse argued, "We can't invade that."

Lukas shook his head, "It's really okay Jesse. We won't be able to fit the two of us and our future kids in that house, can we? I already agreed to move, I could just sell it and we could build a bigger house further out."

Jesse nodded, "That's true. That would also help.." She continued on and Radar just watched the couple converse. It was interesting to him that they were engaged now. He would always ask Lukas if he liked Jesse, but he would deny it with a major blush. Radar knew the truth. And here they were, two weeks until their wedding. The thought gave Radar the chills, the good ones. His heroes and two of his closest...well pretty much only friends getting married.

Sure, Radar was way younger than the two of them, he was sixteen years old as a matter of fact, but he would still often wonder about when he'd find the one. Seeing Jesse and Lukas like this made him excited for engagement. The problem was.. he's never had a girlfriend and wasn't expecting one anytime soon. He was just seen by most people as the weak little boy.

Radar suddenly stood up and the two of them turned to face him. Jesse asked, "Where are you going, Radar?"

"Are you okay? You've been really quiet." Lukas watched him with concern.

"I'm fine. I was just thinking." Radar insisted, "I'm just going to go get us some cold water."

"Okay. Thank you Radar!" They both smiled. Radar nodded and left the room and went to the kitchen.

At least he became a hero of sorts when he went to prison with Jesse. He didn't love her the same way that Lukas does. For Radar it was a little different. Jesse was always looking out for him and was like a mother to him in many ways.

He grabbed three water bottles from the fridge and walked back towards the meeting room.

He always wanted to be a hero just like them, and getting to be a hero along with them was beyond what he could ever imagine. He knew that Lukas and Jesse still loved him and saw him as a hero, but he still felt as if he had to still prove that he really was how they saw him.

He entered the room, "I got your-" He cut himself and dropped the bottles on the floor at what he saw.

His friends were knocked out, and a gas of sorts was still dissolving through the air. Radar quickly pulled his jacket to cover his mouth in case any was at this side of the room.

Two people, an old man with white hair, glasses and a purple suit, and a woman with aquamarine hair and a red and black outfit. They both wore masks to prevent them from passing out from the gas as well. They grabbed onto Jesse and Lukas and dragged them towards a..portal in the middle of the room? Where did that come from? It didn't even have blocks around it!

Once Radar finally regained control of his fear that held him still, he yelled, "Hey! Let them go!"

The man turned to face him and laughed, "What's a child like you gonna do about it?" He teased. The lady roared with laughter as well.

Radar let out a screech of anger and charged towards them. Unfortunately, his foot rolled on one of the the water bottles he dropped, and he fell to the ground.

Once again, they laughed. The girl said, "What a horrible excuse for a so called 'hero' he was told to be in that newspaper!" Once again they laughed.

Radar quickly got to his feet and ran in their direction, "I'm going to stop you!"

"Good luck loser!" The woman called out as she and the man went through the portal with his friends. He leapt forward in attempt to go through the portal. Right before he reached it, it vanished.

Radar smashed into the wall.

He shook his head, the pain he felt from the crash wasn't anything compared to the pain in his heart. My best friends are gone and it's all my fault.
