(If you haven't read my first book, 'The Forest Temple', you don't know who he is. If you know who he is already, you can go ahead and skip the bold. It'll just be a description of who he is... Basically, he's one of my OC's and he was the villain of the first book. When his fiance died he blamed himself for her death and eventually went insane. He ran away from all of his friends and family and went into the maze of the Forest Temple. He stayed there for about two weeks before coming across Lukas and Jesse. He instantly found himself in love with Jesse and thought Lukas liked her (And he was right) so he attempted to kill him. Unfortunately for him, Lukas was better prepared than Carson anticipated.
A few sad days later (of everyone thinking Lukas was dead), Lukas returned and everyone was overjoyed. Everyone except for Carson. Carson kidnapped Jesse and tried to make her marry him the next day. The order saw Jesse's signal of fireworks and found her. Aaaand she was rescued and Carson was put in a mental institute. I skipped a lot of details, so if you want to get the whole story, go right ahead!(PS. You don't want to miss Lukas and Carson's final showdown) ;D )
(PS. Carson was let go from the mental institute, he's finally healed.) Carson was hiding behind a stand in the Order Hall. He watched the people attempting a rescue enter the portal, "No way I'm missing out on this. I need to regain their friendship for the horrible things I've done." Once everyone disappeared into the portal, he raced forwards and leapt into the portal.
A few seconds later, he flew out of the other side and smashed into-and knocked over-two other people.
A redhead guy grumbled, he turned to see Carson there and furrowed his brows. The other guy he landed on was a guy with brown hair and annoyed lime-green eyes, "Who are you?" He asked.
Carson quickly got off of them, "Oh umm... Sorry about that. I wanted to come as well."
"What's with the Australian accent?" A red-head girl asked.
He shrugged, "It's just my normal accent. Why, do you like it?" He eyebrowed her. She just gave him a weird look.
"You didn't answer my question." The brown-haired guy crossed his arms over his chest.
Carson smiled, "Right. I'm Carson. Former enemy of the Order of the Stone. Just like most of you! I just want to help rescue, I want a chance to prove myself just like the rest of you do."
"Ah yes. Thank you for noticing." A girl flipped her blonde hair. A younger and scrawnier guy facepalmed, "Stella, you aren't-and never were- Jesse's rival."
Stella laughed, "Let Radar tell you what he wants, but you can know that I'm the one telling the truth."
Everyone else in the room face-palmed. Carson assumed that Stella was an attention hog... great... "Well, it's too late to send him back now, so.. I'm Romeo." The guy with red hair said, "That's Aiden, and Cassie, And you already know the others' names."
"Nice to meet you all!" He winked in Stella and Cassie's direction. Aiden scoffed, "You'd better be worth it. We need all the help we can get from the sound of it." He turned to Radar, "Okay, keep reading."
Radar nodded and brought a book up to his face, "It should be over here." He walked and the others followed. Carson was in awe of all of the portals. Cassie scoffed, "So this is where they went after defeating me... They went through all of these portals to try and find the one that led the way home?"
Romeo nodded, "Until the Old Builders helped them get back through the right one."
"Guys!" Everyone jumped. Radar turned to them, "The Old Builders described here sound exactly like the ones that kidnapped Lukas and Jesse! It says that Hadrien, Mevia, Harper, and Otto were the members. Hadrian and Mevia became too happy with violence and Harper and Otto wanted more peace, more fun. Later on, Jesse and her friends went there and destroyed the violent ways of the game provided by-"
