Hayden's POV.
Omg what did I just do I basically just told Annie that I liked her. I tried to escape I didn't want her to ask me questions. She probably doesn't feel the same way.
Annie's POV.
I can't believe Hayden said he likes me. I am so happy right now I know everyone says he is a player and everything but I actually like him. I may be risking it all by taking a chance with him but I hope this risk is a good one that will play off I just have to see what he says.
Annie- Hayden wait up!
Hayden- oh hey Annie..........
Annie- what you said back there was it true?
Hayden- I uhhh............
Just then Kenzie walks up and starts kissing Hayden.
Annie- oh never mind I guess it wasn't true that's okay I'll let you two catch up.
Annie walks away.
Hayden- Annie wait!
Kenzie- come here.
Kenzie tries kissing Hayden.
Hayden- Kenzie stop I don't like you!
Kenzie- whatever you'll come crawling back you'll see.
Annie's POV.
I was disappointed and sad I wanted to cry. But I didn't I wasn't looking where I was going and ran into Johnny. I decided to talk to him about the kiss.
Annie- oh sorry Johnny I didn't see you there.
Johnny- oh it's okay so how are things with Hayden?
Annie- well he is with Kenzie. So me and him are just friends but I guess that's how it was meant to be.
Johnny- oh......
Annie- can we talk about the kiss in the hallway yesterday?
Johnny- yeah about that I'm sorry I kissed you.
Annie- it's okay but did it mean anything?
Johnny- Annie I know I was upset over Kenzie but I just liked her and when you came to find me I felt so happy knowing that you cared about my feelings. We have been friends for so long and I saw a side of you yesterday that I liked and when I kissed you I liked it. Because I realized that I like you.
Annie- you do?
Johnny- yeah I do and I know you and Carson just broke up but I was gonna ask you if you wanted to go to the mall. But if you need time I'll give you time. Or if you want to stay friends we will stay friends.
Annie- of course we can go to the mall I just want to take things slowly.
Johnny- okay I'll pick you up at 7:00.
Annie- okay.
