Sorry thar I haven't made a poem in a long time. Truth be told, making poems was one way to cope with my anxiety and depression. I know everyone will tell me to ask for help when they know that they themselves do not ask for help either (some of you // just generalizing ). I tried to get help, I really did and sure that some of my closest friends are truly there for me and 100% real, but most people just gave me hollow stale quotes that meant nothing to me and most likely to other people who suffer anxiety and depression.

Well guess what? This is my battle and nobody else's. I have to figure out my own way to the surface, no matter what obstacle is in my way. I have my guardian angle by my side, protecting me; and I have my spirit guides, guiding and/or advising me on what to do in my everyday life. I also have my "Real Friends/Family" who are also sticking by my side and always have my back.

If another person I know is on the verge of giving up, I will do my very best and go above and beyond the call of duty to help free them from what ever is troubling them and I will give my best effort that I can, because I know what it is like to feel lonely and feel hopeless.

If you are reading this and suffering any kind of mental illness or situation, please seek out the real people for help. Seek out the type of people who you know you can trust, the people you been walking on your journey with for what feels like years on end.

FAKE PEOPLE:
A fake person will most likely say: "everything is gonna be okay", "you will be okay", "Stop acting/talking like that", "You are better than that". "Please reach out to others for help! (They give you the abuse and suicide helpline numbers)"
I know those types of people are worried about people like us, but that's (sometimes // most likely) not the kind of way to talk to someone who is dealing with a mental illness and/or situation.

REAL PEOPLE:
The real people will most likely say "I'm here for you no matter what!", "There is always another way out", "you are not in this alone",
"I got your back", "I'm more than willing to help you when others don't". Those types of people truly understand you, because they themselves have a mental illness(es) from bad situations, or have a friend(s) who have a mental illness(es) from bad situations. Those types of people will go out of their way to help you! Even if they themselves are risking their own lives to save yours.
