Chapter 18 - What's happing

Maximus' POV

Me, Lincoln and I think his name is Ben, but I 'll tell ya he is a vampire though. Seems like a nice dude though. I think Damon said that he was Jayson his Beta mate since his Beta is pregnant caring their 3rd child I think that's what he said. I walked into the house. Alex tilted his head over at me. One of his eyes were their usual other while the other 

"Maximus, would you take your mate and tell her to worry about her new pack and not this one."

She slapped him in the face. Wow, way to go, love, show him who got power.

"Why the hell are you being like this. I get it your broken but it never stopped you before Alex!"

He growls at her and I growl back. But then his one yellow eye was getting brighter

"YOU'D BE LIKE THIS IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE YOUR MATING PROCESS WITH YOUR FUCKING MATE WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT BEING RAPPED BY PEOPLE YOU DON'T FUCKING KNOW OR THAT YOU CAN'T GIVE THEM YOUR FIRST TIME SINCE IT WAS TAKEN AWAY WHEN YOU WHERE EIGHT-YEAR-OLD FUCKING CHILD! ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE WANTED TO GET BACK AT YOUR FATHER FOR MAKING THEN A ROUGE! I WAS FUCKING PROTECTING YOUR SINCE YOUR BLIND AND CAN'T EVEN SEE WHO WAS COMING! I JUMPED THEM AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN HERE AND TRY AND CALL OUT FOR ME!"

She slid to the ground my body moved up the staircase. I wanted to grab her but suddenly I could sense the wave of something pushing me back away from the twins. Levi growled trying to get to his mate as Alex fell to the grown next to Amelia. Both there hair turns silver almost like they changed personalities or growing older, but their skin didn't change only their hair. Then little wolfs ear formed on their heads and a wolf tell was to follow. We couldn't get to them like they were protected by a shield or barrier of some sort. Amelia sat up quickly though and so did Alex their eyes were different colors.  Alex's eyes were full on yellow with a golden ring around the outside. While Amelia's eyes were silver with a dark grey ring around the outside.

"Andrus you bastard how dare you not tell me. We are one and the same, you idiot. I would have protected her and you just fine if you had called for us."

"Shut up Aasemah you make it sound like it his fault. You bitch. I swear your worst then mom! I wish we weren't born as twins!"

"Yet here we are! They had twins and we broke into two souls instead of one. Why the fuck the moon goddess or very own grandmother did this to us I'll never understand. Why not just leave us as one soul like she did for all those years ago."

They were yelling and they weren't making any sense at all.

"He was rapped trying to protect you and one wanna fight him for doing what he felt was right. You stupid wolf I hate you!"

"I hate you even more! You weak stupid angry wolf!"

I try to step in. Someone taps my shoulder. It was Damon.

"Leave the fight to the moon goddess grandchildren okay. Their mom with intervene give her a second. At this moment, not even their mates will be stopping them."

"Huh?"

Now I'm confused and Donovan doesn't seem to like this either.

"Just watch."

"You stupid children. I can't believe you two. Yes, your soul was divided because we were having two children and she thought you two could handle being separated. Why would that lazy women bother making a new soul for one of you when she could just split my first child in my first lives soul into two pieces. Why have four magically strong werewolves run around with their full abilities? So she divided them and split it between you two so what! Act like your almost 19 will you have never acted like this before so why now huh? Do you care to explain in more detail why you fought so hard you took over your human parts body? Because I'll I saw was two siblings getting upset because the other didn't like what the other said. To me that not a good reason at all. I have the good sense to hit you so hard you won't move for a week but I won't do that to your mates."
